20:28 The best foods for arthritis pain

Today, we’re going to look at some of the causes of arthritis, the worst foods for arthritis, and foods that can improve your symptoms!

The chondrocyte is a cell that makes up your cartilage. Arthritis is often related to stress that originates in the endoplasmic reticulum of these cells. Surprisingly, this cell has receptors for bile salts!

There are two types of bile: one made by the liver and secondary bile produced by your microbes. This secondary type of bile acts as a potent anti-inflammatory in the joints, protecting them and reducing inflammation.

TUDCA is a specialized bile salt that can reduce stress in the endoplasmic reticulum and can be incredibly beneficial for arthritis and joint pain. Vitamin K2 prevents calcium from building up in the soft tissue. A deficiency can lead to calcification in the joints and arteries, as well as the formation of osteophytes.

Whether you have rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis, vitamin D is one of the most effective anti-inflammatory agents. It is also incredibly beneficial for addressing autoimmune conditions.

Joint pain and arthritis are often triggered by the following:
•Food allergies
•AGEs (sugar and protein byproduct)
•Infection
•Seed oils
•Microbiome problem

Here are 7 foods to avoid with arthritis and joint pain:
1. Emulsifiers (Polysorbate 80)
2. Low-fat soy protein powder
3. Refined seed oil (Aldehydes)
4. Alcohol (Purines from beer)
5. Casein A1 Protein
6. Modern wheat (Gluten content, glyphosate, amylopectin A, WGA)
7. High fructose corn syrup

The following foods can help reduce joint pain and inflammation and reduce the symptoms of arthritis:
1. Fermented foods
2. Healthy fats (Olive oil, avocado oil, fish oils, grass-fed animal fats)
3. High vitamin D3 foods and omega-3 fats
4. Sulfur-rich foods (Onions, garlic, cruciferous vegetables)
5. Collagen (Bone broth)

High amounts of iron can contribute to arthritis, so it's best to keep your intake low. Try TUDCA to support the endoplasmic reticulum in your cells and reduce joint pain.

Is this only refined sugar or all forms including fruits & carbs? I don’t consume sweet stuff but still consume some processed carbs (wheat/rice etc) because without it I can’t maintain my weight. I tried non-carb diet for a while but had to stop when people started asking me if I was sick

I know our pancreas responds to ALL sugars the same way but I think our joints respond worse to high fructose corn syrup. I gave that up but still enjoy things (in moderation) using real sugar. And my joints feel so much better 😊

I have fibromyalgia with chronic inflammation. Cucumbers have helped so much. I haven’t felt better in years but I’m so tired out and haven’t eaten them in about a week and I’m definitely paying for it. I’m getting some today and gonna blend them up and try drinking around 5 oz a day to see if that’s enough the huge knots have returned 😢 I’m also taking vitamin D3, magnesium glycinate. Cinnamon tea every morning with half a lemon and a little honey that has helped regulate my blood sugar and high blood pressure. And NO sugars. Thanks Dr. definitely trying to go all natural with my health.

    • @ArtonBirch on October 1, 2025 at 11:16 am

Taking d3 you must take k2 with it. Very important 😊 good luck on your journey to wellness!

    • @Laloca0123 on October 1, 2025 at 11:32 am

@@ArtonBirchYes ,Thank you! I believe that’s in my multivitamins as well but I’m still researching how to take everything for them to be able to work together and what dosages to take.

    • @ArtonBirch on October 1, 2025 at 11:49 am

@@Laloca0123I read a book and watched some of his podcast interviews..Jeff T Bowles. He teaches how to do high d3 protocol with cofactor musts. My d3 ended up being over 700 lol and my family dr thought the lab made a mistake and had the test redone. I explained the protocol and how I felt better. At first he was concerned but I feel like I taught my dr something valuable because they were taught that high d3 is toxic. But the key take away is that its only toxic when we dont take k2 with it. Having a high d3 level will ensure your immune system will be in tip top shape! I haven’t been sick with anything, not even a cold for at least 5-6 years. My blood results show my immunity is really strong.

    • @Laloca0123 on October 1, 2025 at 12:40 pm

@@ArtonBirchawesome I’ll definitely look into this. I’ve been on vitamin D deficiency for years with supplements of D3 and lots of sun. I also have iron deficiency. But in this video he had said low iron is good? So I’m a bit confused on that now. I also have hypothyroidism and have been doing research on reversing it with sea moss or sea iodine. what dosage of d3 and k2 are you taking. Information is GOLD! I thank you. 🙏 these Dr. in the system are not very helpful when it comes to healing. ❤️‍🩹

    • @dominusstyx on October 1, 2025 at 2:21 pm

I follow functional doctors for years. The golden, safe, rule for D3 is 10.000ius along with 100 mcg K2 MK-7 daily. Along, of course, with the magnesium and zinc. Good luck.

  6. @keithmuller223 on October 1, 2025 at 11:01 am

I follow low carb high fibre and it’s working…
Good tip I found is to eat the protein with a lot of connective tissue ( the tough joints ) …braised or boiled .. this breaks down the connective tissue into the stock which then makes a really good gravy …packed with all the trace elements of the meat including the collagen…
I follow SEAT ( stop eating all the time) …
I eat in a 4 hour daily window …..lost 60lb slowly in 5 years and feel 40 now not nearly 70…. thanks for all your advice over the years .. you are one of my gurus ….I’ve hand picked a few people on my panel for health in YouTube and you’re on the list!!!! ❤

    • @trauma50disaster1 on October 1, 2025 at 1:02 pm

did I hear something about ingesting collagen gets broke down in digestion and doesn’t work? so use cheap tough meat and cook it down instead of tender steak? thoughts on collagen pills?

    1. Emulsifiers such as polysorbate 80
    2. Low-fat soy protein
    3. Refined seed oils
    4. Alcohol — especially high-purine beer, heavy wines & hard liquor
    5. Conventional (A-1) milk & sodium caseinate
    6. Wheat — most modern GMO varieties
    7. High-fructose corn syrup

Where’s the super like button!? Thanks Dr. B! I was just diagnosed with multiple calcified gallstones and I’ve been having tons of weird joint pain. I start taking TUDCA a couple days ago. Praying it helps.

    • @Drberg on October 1, 2025 at 1:09 pm

Hello! Starting TUDCA may help support your liver and gallbladder, which could ease some inflammation and joint discomfort. Always, coordinate with your doctor and keep an eye on how your body responds. Hope this helps!

    • @dominusstyx on October 1, 2025 at 2:16 pm

Good, but it’s not only to take a supplement and wait for miracles. The most important change we should do is food. We’ve to be absolutely conscious of what we eat every single time. Then comes the supplements. Good luck.

    • @loudtim265 on October 1, 2025 at 4:28 pm

@@dominusstyx yes. Eat with extreme prejudice! See how your body reacts or responds to each food. Elimination diet works but is slow. I do it when breaking a fast, I introduce one food at a time and see how I feel after 30-60 minutes. I hope this is helpful and not harmful 😬, I’m NOT an expert.

I’m on dialysis & had my gallbladder removed (lots of stones, some over an inch). Will high doses of Vitamin D be safe for me? My magnesium level was to high so I had to stop that supplement. How much zinc is safe?

i used to spend almost five hundred dollars a month on supplements and powders. my kitchen looked like a lab, but i still woke up groggy and ended every day wiped out. then i came across the book The Peasant’s Prescription by Grace Wild. at first i thought it was just another wellness trend dressed up as history, but the way grace explained the bone evidence from medieval cemeteries blew me away. i started copying just one habit from the book eating in a simple sunrise to sunset window. within two weeks my energy evened out. no more 3 pm crashes, no more reaching for caffeine. The Peasant’s Prescription by Grace Wild gave me results my expensive stack never did.

Woke up 1 morning 20 months ago, landed on floor in excruciating pain. Not even a cold in over 20+ years prior to this. “DOCTORS” labeled generic term “Sciatica”! Then assaulted with Scripts. Felt like I have been poisoned! Stop Sugars! Take the Combo Mag-D3-K2 etc. Not 100% but a 70%+ improvement! Thank you for changing my path

    • @wendyg8536 on October 2, 2025 at 12:09 am

Imo..one of the main causes of sciatica. .is dental decay, amalgam toxicity, pathogenic root canals. Teeth are the top end of the cns..the sciatic nerve the eventual end.

Also, I had RA symptoms and I did an elimination diet and found 4 foods that caused it. So for 15 years I avoided those foods and was much better. Then I followed your information and went on a carnivore diet for 6 weeks while taking restorative probiotics, then switched to Keto. I am no longer reacting to those 4 foods! I healed my gut and the reactions went away! Just because I can eat them though doesn’t mean I do, one was wheat, but I was also allergic to eggs, and I am now able to eat eggs again.
