@Dr. Nick Zyrowski to be honest nothing extraordinary- iwas also taking pterosplybene(spelling?) And resveratol . But i have to say my diet is exxeptiinally good, weight has been stable for several years , i excerice and sleep well. At age 66 my metabolic age has been shown as 50 and DNA tested for telometes 6 years younger. So its hard to tell which part is responsible for my health. I didnt experince an immediate energetic boost as such

How much actual NMN is in each pill 💊 should be 500mg up minimum. Again no information on their website of how much actual NMM it contains.
Looks very expensive compared the other top 3 or 4 companies supplying NMN particularly as we have no idea how much actual NMN is in the product and seems not to be third-party tested so we don’t know how pure it is
I emailed them and each capsule only contains 100 mg NMN really low. As most people take about 1,000 mg (as indicated by Dr David Sinclair) that would mean we would have to take 10 capsules, that’s gonna cost a small fortune!
Interesting that he never mentions the March 1st 2023 FDA ban. As if he is trying to get rid of his back stick and capitalize short term.
