    I agree. Some days I don’t feel like getting off the couch and then I start to beat myself up (metaphorically speaking) over not wanting to exercise or move that day. I think we, as women tend to be overcritical of ourselves and invalidate our own feelings way too often. I think we need to give ourselves permission to feel whatever it is we’re feeling (especially during menopause!) and realize that unless there is a genuine problem..it’ll pass and we’ll be just fine. Sometimes we just need to feel crummy.

    So true! I find my negative time is often at night. My wise college-aged daughter always reminds me to not believe anything my brain tells me after 9 pm because tiredness is breeding most of those thoughts.
