Stop comparing your life to a curated one. If you could curate every minute of your life what would it look like? Take that concept and apply it to what you see and then give yourself some slack!
You should not be comparing your work, body, training, hobbies or personality to another persons, especially if it’s a curated version of it. Your ‘bad points’ are exactly the same as everyone else’s, you just don’t really see it!
Not everything is fake, but nearly everything is curated… be kind to yourselves out there 🫶🏻
