Fiber is not essential
How do I live without fiber for over 2 years?
People eat cheap noodles, sugar all day long and end up being world class athletes..
it is not essential in terms of micronutrients, but for your gut health. you might have ruined your gut bacteria and peristaltics already or have a higher risk of cancer, which outbreak will take longer than 2 years….
@@7sonderlingare you guessing or can provide evidence in form of study?
@@7sonderlingyou don’t know this for sure know one does
@@7sonderlingquitting fibre helped my gut tremendously and that was decades ago. I’ve not gotten sick or cancer etc
I am 5 years without any fiber, just meat, eggs and dairy… never felt better
U need fiber how u Gona 💩 correct bro just curious

What will be interesting is what happens to your body long term.
meat, eggs and dairy will catch up with you, especially the prostate if you are male.
Great video doc
This guy just talks a lot of word salad…if you’ll excuse the pun.
I think your just not keeping up with the conversation.
” How much carbs do Blue Zones eat? About 65% carbohydrates. The Blue Zone diet includes many vegetables and fruits. Whole foods. Mar 22, 2024. What are the disadvantages of the Blue Zone diet? Growing your own food and eating local produce can be difficult. For many people, eating a diet that’s 95 percent plants is challenging. Mar 18, 2024 “
I watched a documentary that said they consume more protein than carbs in the blue zones. I swear we can’t trust anything these days
Blue Zones is a lie and joke. For example, when researching Greece, the author went there during lent, so not many were eating the diet they normally eat. Mary Ruddick has lived or stayed in every Blue Zone for an extended period, and “confirms they’re not plant-based. Animal fats, organ meats, and seasonal animal products are staples.”
Also, people of Hong Kong were not included, they live the longest, and eat the most meat of anyone.
great. what about avoiding blood sugar spikes by consuming apple cider vinegar before meal or resistant starch by letting pasta etc. cool down 24h?
This can certainly be used as a strategy to buffer carbs and balance blood sugar levels.
Great video thanks
Jesus broke the bread and gave it to his desciples saying this is my body…. Jesus, who is God, wouldn’t have chosen bread and wheat as the symbol of redemption and eternal life if it was inherently harmful. Of course today’s wheat may not be the same as it used to be. Moreover it’s all about pesticide and roundup, stuff like that, which we mistake for the thing itself being harmful.
His bread was nothing like the poison you eat now
@@graphguy I make my bread from organic sprouted then freshly ground flour. Probably the best there is. Still, unfortunately you are right. The soil itself has degraded
@@akosreke8963and polluted and then we have the genetic engineering poison
Not to mention, Jesus knew he wasn’t a body and could heal the sick, etc… Not many of us are in a place where our beliefs about being a body and what we eat doesn’t impact us.
Also, God is pure, perfect Spirit and was never a man, except in our minds. He is anthropomorphized by the ego.
@@LauraB.335uh, not deviate from the subject, but Jesus was fully man and fully God. Any suggestion He was not is an abomination.
Fantastic video on carbs. Thank you!
I definitely agree😊
Doctor, do you believe that when rice and bread cooled, it is more beneficial to diabetics. Thanks
I was sick for so long and struggled with my health until I read The Secret Health Protocol. It’s one book I would suggest everyone to read. It’s that powerful.
amazing book
Finally a doctor who understood my health thank you doctor the best video I ever saw on a proper human diet 🥰
The body was designed to handle carbs. They are an essential necessary for life. As long as you are moving, doing some sort of exercise or just moving at all, carbs play an impotent role in life. If all you do is sit, then protein and fats do you no good.
Running on carbs and fats is better than just running on fats alone. The carbs can get you through the first mile and then the fats get you through the second mile. If you are running on fats alone, you can only go one mile. You will eventually run out of fats and go nowhere.

I was ‘refreshed / encouraged’;
By your –
1) Personableness in presenting your presentation / review on this layered topic, but also in,
2) Your succinct ‘breakdown’ (or ‘drill-down’) of the components [for applicable consideration]
Involved & specified, while
3) Understandable & relatable.
IMO: Presentation, teaching, & ‘knowledgeable concluding’ skills are a combo ‘gift’ of sorts, that not all have. 😉
