    Everytime u utubers post the same thing.But when we ask what exactly u do to get into this,u just don’t answer.So what is the point of posting this? Advertising your fitness program?

    For example, I saw one of your videos which exercises to do to reach skills.And u showed there planche.And suggested to do plank variations and hollow body hold.And u wanna say these two are enough to get planche?That is it?
