I do both, the dandelion roots (I make a “coffee” with it by roasting 1/2 cup on dandelion roots and 1/4 cup of chicory roots for 10-20 minutes at 350, missing half way through. Use 1 – 2 tsp of the mixe in water an boil for 10-20 minutes). And the bone broth. From my extensive research and my knowledge of herbalism, those are the two safest on the list, especially for those with sever digestive issues.
I have a fatty liver. Two ultrasounds over 5 years have confirmed it. I have decided to do the easy cleanse with acv and lemon. It’s been three weeks. I do it daily exceot Sundays just to give it a rest. Let’s see what the next test result shows

Also be careful what you are eating, it will affect your results. Avoid fried foods, sweets, grains, bread, potatoes, cakes, etc. If you eat low carb it will be better. Keep updated

What I’d do:
1) Stop putting garbage in your system (sugar, junk food, seed oils)
2) do prolonged fasts. They remove fatty liver fastest
Can you define “prolonged fasts”? Fasting is already prolonged abstinence from eating, so do you man doing it multiple times or for days, by “prolonged fasts”? Thanks ahead of your response.

Idk if its much of a prolonged fast but I dont eat anything from 19:00 until 11:00, so around 16h. I also bought some high quality brand milk thistle supplement + some other herb is in it IDR which and I drastically reduced intake of carbs and sugars. My doc saw great results last month and asked me what did I do to correct it so fast, I told her I limited carbs and skipping breakfast and she was like whooa that cant be good.. Yeah.. it is good but she probably didnt like it cos she couldnt prescribe me anything.
