Thank you! I have chronic sinusitis and I’m tired of being advised to use Amoxicillin for it.

    • @elizabethjanitsch7586 on December 28, 2023 at 4:37 am

So do I…..so how do you deal with it ? Thank you

    • @kinosamam on December 28, 2023 at 5:04 am

@@elizabethjanitsch7586 I drink A LOT of water, I use a saline spray with aloe in it throughout the day to keep the nasal passageways moist, and at night I have a warm damp face cloth on my cheeks and the bridge of my nose and sleep with a nearby humidifier.

    • @Prettyblsd on December 28, 2023 at 5:18 am

@@elizabethjanitsch7586 I had a unsuccessful surgery that was supposed to stop my chronic sinusitis to find out my allergies were causing my chronic sinusitis. So, my ENT sent me to an Allergist. They recommended I get the pneumovax to strengthen my immune system and allergy shots.

    • @wiz4020 on December 28, 2023 at 5:58 am

I used to get sinus infections all of the time! What I do is, I wash my hands before I blow my nose, I don’t touch my face or nose unless my hands are clean! Everytime I feel a cold coming on, I use a saline flush, using sea salt, and warm water a couple times a day, for a few days! The cold usually goes away after a couple days! I haven’t had sinus infection in twenty years! Hope this helps!

Dip a q tip in hand sanitizer and stick it in your ear on whatever side is stuffed up.

  2. @shonuff5878 on December 28, 2023 at 3:27 am

Damn… I pretty much knew this but I had a bad case of strep throat and felt like I was going to faint. I took the prescribed amoxycilin against my better judgements. Not sure if this made a difference but I at the same time but some milk and water kefir and other probiotics to take at the same time. Ultimately I should not have taken the antibiotics

    • @stringbender3 on December 28, 2023 at 4:58 am

Go for homade sour kraught. And know almost all the store things that are fermented like sour kraught are pasteurized and no longer contain probiotics.

    • @stringbender3 on December 28, 2023 at 4:59 am

I had insane wisdom tooth pain. Was rocking on the floor from how much it hurt. After 15 mins of gargling and drinking homade kraught juice it went away. Literal miracle. Pro biotics and the micro biome is EVERYTHING. Study’s show it’s what cause autism cancer and all allements other than nutrient deficiency’s. And nutrient deficiency’s can be from the micro biome not being able to break stuff down for ya.

Don’t forget about prebiotics. It’s basically the food for the probiotics, the good bacteria in your gut.

  4. @janetgies8698 on December 28, 2023 at 4:13 am

This is why I take extra good care of my teeth & gums so I don’t have to get surgery done and then have to take an Antibiotic.

    • @nuclearcatbaby1131 on December 28, 2023 at 6:04 am

Try cleaning your ears. Germs from your ears can spread to your mouth. Dip a cotton swab in hand sanitizer.

    • @yekaterinaRO on December 28, 2023 at 8:14 am

Nooo don’t put hand sanitizer in your ears. The alcohol can damage the natural lining in your ears. The body is wonderfully made and designed to survive. Instead just wash your face daily and nothing will spread from your ears.

    • @setthetone6187 on December 28, 2023 at 9:59 am

    • @bellslinki9838 on December 28, 2023 at 10:39 am

Best thing I’ve found is to avoid being in centrally heated stuffy rooms. It dries out your mucus membranes which is your first line of defence. Always have a window open with fresh air, even if it’s cold outside. Wear warm clothing and turn down central heating, breathe fresh moist air.
