    Can someone please recommend a replacement YouTube fitness to Pahla B with no floor exercises or jumping . I can’t cope without Pahla 😮

      Improved Health has a variety of low impact workouts and has modifications and variations to her exercises. (Her music is great too. Very repeatable workouts)

      Try Fabulous 50s, with Schellea Fowler, she’s got a lot of workouts that are moderate
