Same here! I washed the dogs in a tub without resting my knees on the floor😢
..it will pass soon , give it at least 6 weeks. you will come back stronger! don’t go for surgery!!
my rodeo started when my hormones started moaning. Now I try to take it slow when it happens. I use painkillers and stuff to relax muscle spasms. The spasms can be brutal.
I’m also awaiting an MRI on my lower back. I felt it twinging abit after runs and then all of a sudden, I got up from the loo, yes loo🙈 and that was it, couldn’t move. Wishing you a speedy recovery beaut X
As someone who was born without a ball for my hip socket – and had a surgical procedure as a baby – i have hip mobility issue, not from lack of movement. But i move my body all the time. However, as an adult now heading into my 40s soon, I can feel the hip degrading. My runs have turned into long walks, my jumping movements have turned into dynamic stretches and I just calculate my macros accordingly so as to not gain weight and put more stress on the hip. It scares me. I love moving. But we adapt, we don’t quit.🎉
Aww that is awful! So sorry for your injury. The pain alone can be so hard on mental health. I weight lifted and did cross fit for 10 years. Then I got pregnant, had complications that put me on bed rest the entire time and 3 years later still not cleared for heavy weights. It’s a loonnggg road to recovery but being consistent in healing my body and focusing more on functional goals rather than aesthetic has actually been quite healing for me.
Get well soon
Thank you so much! x
Hope you will feel better soon Lucy!
Thank you xxx
Enjoy the journey and day.
