    I like that you add nuance to the common assumptions we have. 🙏🏻 The only thing I’ll add is that I do think we generally feel better when we’re not escaping our feelings via food. So there’s a little connection, at least for me. 🙂

      Being slightly overweight is better than being way to thin, some people eat really bad and littke which is why theyre thin but that doesnt make them healthy

      @@assenavnang3166 being overweight is bad and so is being underweight. There is a clear correlation between health and weight.
