      You can regress them, do wall push-ups or ones with your knees down and keep at it, eventually you will build up to regular ones 🙂

    Broke my arm and had repair surgery on it a little over a week ago. Saving this for when I’m cleared to work out again!

      @@artsy_abby Haha, no no. I was doing martial arts, threw a sloppy kick, and hit the floor elbow first. I appreciate the concern and condolences!

      Edit: I slipped and fell backwards onto my elbow, if that wasn’t clear. Broke my humerus.

      At any age, adapt your training from where you are starting. This might be too difficult for a beginning, you can look for some variations available on other videos 🙂

    Question: isn’t the cossac squats bad for the knees ? Because the knee goes past the toes

      No. It’s ok if your knees go over your toes. You have more range of motion than you realize. A soda is far worse for you than knees over toes

    Does anyone ever have a hard time going down in a pushup? Whenever I try to do them I don’t have any problems pushing up but whenever I try to go down towards the floor it’s really troubling
