Recently someone said to me, when I wake up I feel like a plank. My joints are locked up and nothing wants to move.

This is a sign of an inflammatory problem. Extreme tightness throughout the muscles combined with pain is a typical symptoms.

      I found adapting to low/no carb took me time. And for me it had periods of challenge. But gradually I felt better and better. For me it took a number of months but I won’t go back. I’ve lost weight, while watching my contemporaries still put it on (68M). I feel good and my blood work is good.

    An extremely difficult, stressful and unattainable way of eating. I would rather watch my carb then giving it up completely. My life felt joyless when I gave up carbs. 🥴
