I need to find out what those alternatives are!
Watch his full ozempic video there he tells the alternatives. It is really simple and healthy ❤❤
@@smelikeogn02224just tell her
(1) The Best OZEMPIC Alternative (Without the Side Effects) – YouTube
Sleeve gastrectomy.
@@msoldate no that is also one of the last alternatives that should be considered not the first
Great, but what are the alternatives?
He had Brain Fart and forgot the title of the video.
Well the punchline to all of his videos is the same, so, I’ll bet the answer is: (you guessed it!) HEALTHY KETO AND INTERMITTENT FASTING!!
Also… eat more fiber, you can also try cinnamon, berberine, and glucomannon supplements.
Yup Berberine helps
Watch the full video
I believe he may be talking about Berberine
I take Berberine and it doesn’t have any effect on my weight
Why are you taking berbaine?
I tried Berberine to help lower blood sugar, did not help me.
Berberine didn’t help me either. It only gave me diarrhea
@@jackiemau4372I think it gives diarrhea at first. And then it would get better. It didn’t help me lose weight but help maintain. If I were to eat a little better I think I would be helpful.
When that digestion slows down it sits in your stomach and can make you vomit profusely ick. I’ve seen it happen and it is disgusting. That person had food in her stomach from the night before and this was the next evening and it was still there 😮
Cinnamon does this to a lesser extent
You said ozempic alternatives( plural) im sorry i didnt hear even 1 of them.
Berberine is what he’s referring to.

Yeah….. I’m confused. Dr Berg propping up a drug? 🤔
@@earthzeroapothecary Then why didn’t he just say that?
Yeah? I’ll go back and review, because I’m sure you have video clips on this topic…
Excellent I’m sure you’ve saved more lives than WHO or CDC ever has or ever will 😊
WHAT ARE THE ALTERNATIVES.?? YOU DIDNT MENTION ANY OF THEM.
Sleeve Gastrectomy is one alternative option. It’s a Minimally Invasive surgery that permanently shrinks the stomach for patients with 30 or higher BMI. Most patients loose majority of their fat free mass at a similar rate to Ozempic. Ozempic costs more and needs to be injected weekly and indefinitely for results while a sleeve Gastrectomy is permanent and doesn’t have the side effects that taking a new drug may have over time.
@@msoldateI agree
2 months ago he put out a video and he said it was Panax Ginseng & Berberine.
Look up Berberine supplement and see if it’s compatible with your body or other meds you may be on. I’m going to try it for a month and keep a diary
@@msoldatethe video title says “natural” alternatives. Surgery isn’t natural.
i visit a dietitian every 3 weeks (virtually) and that helps me keep accountable with my weight loss. No dramatic changes to my diet, just someone to talk about it with and to give me goals. I have 24 free visits covered by health insurance. I recommend!
So what are the alternatives? And will the alternatives cause ozempic face?
what’s ozempic face?
Panax Ginseng & Berberine.
My Dr put me on Ozempic for diabetes and yes I lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks…..because I was either vomiting or having diarrhea every single day. I had to stop taking it. I’ve never felt so bad in my life!
I have a friend who has similar problems with every diabetic med she has tried. Even Berberbine. Could not get 2 steps from the washroom. Finally realized she had to do it naturally.
Was it Natural…
thanks for telling us!
Oh wow, that’s really amazing. I’m severely overweight and am type 2 diabetic, also with PCOS & very bad insulin resistance. I’ve been wondering whether I should recommend taking Ozempic or not. But the more horror stories I’m hearing about, I’m kinda going with passing it up. It doesn’t help that I’ve experienced bouts of bullemia (purge eating then making myself throw it up) in the past and that type of unhealthy relationship with food. So yeah, maybe I should unfortunately pass up on it.
I was losing but had to stop too was in to much pain.
You didn’t give the alternatives
So doc, what’s the alternative??? Berberine???
Worst short EVER!!!!! Alternative(s) never discussed 😕
My experience with Ozempic has been fantastic and I sympathise with people who have such bad side effects.
Is it true it makes you look old? Does it break down collagen bundles?
Sounds like an ozempic infomercial
We have had patients end up having ileostomy for life after being in ozempic. It slows down digestion to a point where some patients develop ileus, and perforated their bowels, became septic and had to have emergency surgery to remove that part of their intestine. So they now have liquid stools from a stoma or hole on their abdomen and constantly losing electrolytes.
Oh how awful the less pharma drug f me the better😅
I take berberine every day. I can definitely attest to the eating less, but i think it also makes sweeter foods taste awful… almost bitter..
Thanks for sharing your experience here. Take care.
Thank you so much Dr. Eric Berg. You’re such a godsend❤
No problem. Glad to share this video.
