He had Brain Fart and forgot the title of the video.

    • @saras.2173 on November 7, 2023 at 9:54 pm

Well the punchline to all of his videos is the same, so, I’ll bet the answer is: (you guessed it!) HEALTHY KETO AND INTERMITTENT FASTING!!

    • @saras.2173 on November 7, 2023 at 9:56 pm

Also… eat more fiber, you can also try cinnamon, berberine, and glucomannon supplements.

    • @jackiemau4372 on November 8, 2023 at 5:44 am

Berberine didn’t help me either. It only gave me diarrhea

    • @dellzywillis3001 on November 8, 2023 at 9:47 am

@@jackiemau4372I think it gives diarrhea at first. And then it would get better. It didn’t help me lose weight but help maintain. If I were to eat a little better I think I would be helpful.

When that digestion slows down it sits in your stomach and can make you vomit profusely ick. I’ve seen it happen and it is disgusting. That person had food in her stomach from the night before and this was the next evening and it was still there 😮

WHAT ARE THE ALTERNATIVES.?? YOU DIDNT MENTION ANY OF THEM.

    • @msoldate on November 8, 2023 at 8:11 am

Sleeve Gastrectomy is one alternative option. It’s a Minimally Invasive surgery that permanently shrinks the stomach for patients with 30 or higher BMI. Most patients loose majority of their fat free mass at a similar rate to Ozempic. Ozempic costs more and needs to be injected weekly and indefinitely for results while a sleeve Gastrectomy is permanent and doesn’t have the side effects that taking a new drug may have over time.

My Dr put me on Ozempic for diabetes and yes I lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks…..because I was either vomiting or having diarrhea every single day. I had to stop taking it. I’ve never felt so bad in my life!

    • @dawnelder9046 on November 8, 2023 at 12:43 am

I have a friend who has similar problems with every diabetic med she has tried. Even Berberbine. Could not get 2 steps from the washroom. Finally realized she had to do it naturally.

    • @snowblo1 on November 8, 2023 at 2:00 pm

Oh wow, that’s really amazing. I’m severely overweight and am type 2 diabetic, also with PCOS & very bad insulin resistance. I’ve been wondering whether I should recommend taking Ozempic or not. But the more horror stories I’m hearing about, I’m kinda going with passing it up. It doesn’t help that I’ve experienced bouts of bullemia (purge eating then making myself throw it up) in the past and that type of unhealthy relationship with food. So yeah, maybe I should unfortunately pass up on it.

Is it true it makes you look old? Does it break down collagen bundles?

  16. @dirty5141 on November 8, 2023 at 7:09 pm

    Sounds like an ozempic infomercial

  17. @skyjee2261 on November 9, 2023 at 8:06 pm

We have had patients end up having ileostomy for life after being in ozempic. It slows down digestion to a point where some patients develop ileus, and perforated their bowels, became septic and had to have emergency surgery to remove that part of their intestine. So they now have liquid stools from a stoma or hole on their abdomen and constantly losing electrolytes.

  18. @dawnschare on November 10, 2023 at 2:37 am

I take berberine every day. I can definitely attest to the eating less, but i think it also makes sweeter foods taste awful… almost bitter..
