I had to move out of my mom house. to apartment. cuz we both wake up cranky. cuz we have our kids to take care in the morning. and we love each Other . but can not stand each Other. is hard as mom to make time 4 urself. but we need to do it once a week. for our healthy and the kids health.
my head is so hot in the morning. I have to shower first thing. to cool down my head.

Camarra Smith theres apps that are a huge help for starters… my two favorites are “calm” and “headspace”…headspace is my top favorite though but I live the story settings for bed time on the calm app
Sabbi it has seriously benefited EVERY aspect of my life. I’m a long sufferer of anxiety and clinical depression. I’m also a perfectionist personality wise. So basically I was at a point in my life where in my head my anxiety caused me to make constant lists of absolutely everything i need and want to do…example…exercise, cook three meals a day, go vegan, get straight A’s, take fulltime classes, work two jobs and do great at both, stretch, spend time with family, clean house, clean car, donate clothes…..and that’s just my Monday list….I kid you not if I didnt get one thing done or have a full anxiety attack give up on the rest of the list then spend the next few days in bed depressed feeling like a complete failure that I’m not accomplishing anything in life and hating myself for having anxiety attacks which I find embarrassing and crying etc. Then this would go on for so long I end up feeling numb and basically my life was a shitty cycle of stress and non productivity….STEPS in MEDITATION. I started meditating twice a day when I wake and before bed. It really trained my brain to just calm down all those anxious thoughts that started the cycle in the first place were silenced. Then in that calm state I could address any goals one at a time how to achieve them and actually get them done. At the end of the day I’d calm my mind again and be able to address any goals I couldnt complete and assess what i did complete making me end the day feeling accomplished and ready to start the next day with my goals already in mind. Meditating before bed also gave me time to get enough melatonin(sleep hormone) and decrease cortisol (stress hormone) after ive watched TV and dealt with my family etc so I could have a restful 8 hours of sleep.

@C. S. you can try the muse headbands. Its helped me alot. Its tracks your meditation workout and offers targeted mindfulness practice. Try 2 mins a day, to 5…then more. Consistency is key!!
whether I have work or school or not, even on just a day off, I still am almost never excited to get out of bed. I’m trying to become more of a morning person, but it’s very much a work in progress. I can tell you what I’m DEFINITELY inspired by though…. that “BOY BYE” shirt 😜 I need one!

If you put your soy milk in a bottle or jar and shake it vigorously you will make it frothy and get a little exercise in the deal… works a treat… 🙂

Tahleya Powell almond milk also curdles at high temps. Have you ever tried it in a latte? It’s the worst. Can you do rice milk possibly?! Or maybe oatley?
DEODORANT INGREDIENTS! 2 parts arrowroot powder : 2-2.25 parts baking soda : 1 part coconut oil + a couple drops of your fave essential oil (I like lavender). Mix well until it is a paste. Store in a glass jar. To apply mix about 1 tsp of paste with 1/4-1/2 tsp Shea butter and rub under arms 🌸

My morning routine: snooze my alarm multiple times until I’m about to be late, check my phone, make tea in a rush and put it in a travel mug, eat something already made because I have no time to make something, grab my bag and run to my car for work lol. I have a very healthy morning routine clearly

My morning routine is actually pretty similar! Except I pray and meditate on the Word of God. But everything is else is about the same even down to the way you make your coffee, lol. Oh and I loooove taking walks!
