You’re soo underrated Lucy. I watch a lot of fitness related videos but there’s something about your channel that feels so comfortable. You’re my number 1 fitness youtuber ❤. I started loving calisthenics after seeing you. You’re such a motivation. I love how you’re confident in your body. Thank you soo much for teaching all of us. And I’m soo proud of you ❤.

Loved seeing the 2018 footage ❤ definitely the most relatable and therefore the most inspirational!

Thanks for getting (and keeping) this more-mature gentleman into calisthenics. The young guys doing it forget about the true beginners and your messages/routines have been tremendously helpful.

Love your videos. As a mature 59 year old, what are your thoughts on what can realistically be achieved as a beginner to callisthenics? Would your app be a good place to start? Thanks x

Thank you, Lucy. Really love your channel, this was very motivating especially as I’m dealing with an elbow tendon injury that has derailed my training. I’m 49 yo and only seriously got into fitness in last 2.5 years mostly weights but my New Year’s resolution was to get my first pull up. Injury has set that back. Fitness was transformative for my mental health and could never live without it again whatever that looks like given need for injury modifications, etc. keep inspiring people!

you look so much more happy now! You should be exremely proud of yourself! All this work takes a ton of dicipline. Great work! Can’t wait to see what you’ll be able to achieve in another year!

OMG i just stumbled upon this video, and halfway watching through, while I thought this video was old and got at least a million views, it has just been uploaded! Glad to have found your channel, definitely subscribing!
I am overweight, but can do 2 pullups and do a handstand with the wall. I really want to lose weight and start Calisthenics, so thanks for uploading this video, showing the way!
    All the love from Turkey!

Hi Lucy – come July 1st I will have completed 2 years in the gym and I don’t think I would have survived that long had it not been for your excellent YouTube videos. Especially during the first few months when I was struggling and was completely all over the place. This latest video of yours demonstrates to perfection what a Calisthenics journey is all about and the benefits it can bring to other areas of your life. Thank you so much!!!

I know this is targeted toward women (which is great! Inclusive fitness.) But just wanted to say you inspire people of all types with your journey! 💪🏼
