Over the last several years I have completely changed my entire life by losing 30 Kgs and finding a passion in bodyweight training. In this video I show where I have come from and what got me there, to where I am today! If you are interested in losing weight and getting fitter and stronger, but like I was, are unsure of what the best way to do it is then hopefully this video can give you the motivation or ideas to make that change today! I am so happy I have been on this journey and experienced all of the battles and emotions that come with a weight loss and fitness transformation as it has enabled me to help others who are just like me!
Please be sure to subscribe if you liked the video, I will be filling my channel with videos on weight loss, nutrition, and exercise!

This needs to go viral – not just because of the motivation and story behind it, but the simplicity in the nutrition and training in which people can apply to their own lives do they can finally gain results themselves. 🙏
Can’t wait for more content!
@Pat unfortunately not for everyone. An example is I was barely able to walk due to a back problem and was in bed for 4 days, I ate twice and barely drank as it was excruciating to get up and try to walk to get to tge toilet. When I was able to get up I thought well the only good thing about this is I have lost weight, no I GAINED 3lbs. And no I didn’t eat ANYTHING other than a slice of toast and 1 small dinner. Unfortunately my body holds on to every last ounce and is unbelievably hard to move
@Sinead Mcmahon Sorry to hear that it’s not as easy for you. But your situation obviously isn’t the standard. When lying in bed all day you barely burn calories other from just being alive. I think in a normal health condition (being able to walk and move independently), it’s a bit easier to achieve the “calories in – calories out effect” since you move around everyday, even if it’s not a lot.
However, I still recommend moving more instead of restricting your diet exessively, since the weight you lose is more likely to be gained again after finishing the diet and eating normal again. Exercising a little is way more sustainable and doesn’t leave you as hungry or restricted in what you want to eat right now as maybe a strict diet like Keto would (as long as it’s normal portion sizes and less junk food than healthy options).
I hope you’re doing better now and best wishes to achieving your goals!
Friederike L thanks! my back problem is due to a car accident 18 years ago, i’m only 41 now and just don’t have a normal life. I can never say oh i’m going to go for a power walk or go do exercise as from hour to hour I don’t know how I’ll be unfortunately. but I have started doing a little, just have to be extremely careful but I’d just love to be able to do what lots of other can do 😯 but sure that’s it, it can’t be changed
@Sinead Mcmahon Find a Directed Pressure Point Technique practitioner. Or a Body Stress Release practitioner close to you. It can be changed. You just have to go consistently to get results that last!
@Sinead Mcmahon have you seen this guy that was told he couldn’t walk?Very inspiringhttps://www.military.com/video/specialties-and-personnel/veterans/disabled-vets-amazing-transformation/1628380623001

Aww thank you! You’ve got this, well done on everything you have achieved so far and keep up the amazing work! xxx
Finally someone using kg instead of lbs for one of those videos! Thank you! 🙂 + Great video!
@Emma tell me, where was my attitude horrible? 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I stated the truth, that 98% of the countries actually use the metric system and that the imperial system is a non-sense, it does not have a logic. Why does it make YOU offended?
@Edina Gaspar I agree. Let’s stick to kgs. I lived in the UK for 15 years, they use stones there. I never got used to it. Can’t stand lbs either.
@Lori yeah, learn to convert…can be advised for YT’ers then as well, no? I am still the ‘customer’ here…forvthem, how difficult is it to state, no X lbs, which is around Y kg…I know how to convert lbs to kg…but let’s face it: around 400 million (USA and UK population together) vs. 6.5 billion…just think 🤣🤣🤣
It’s funny you say this, my dad and I were speaking about this the other day. The US of A is the ONLY country in the world who still uses the Imperial System. Jimmy Carter wanted to convert the Country to Metric in the 70’s but people would rather die than change…
Okay Karen “the customer”
I needed this ❤️ much love and respect for you and for everyone going through weight loss, I’ve always been chubby ( or as other would say, fat) but on June 1st I finally step on that balance, I weighted 93kg and I got so scared because it was so close to 100kg… I started eating less and moving more, today I’m 72 kg, my goal is 60kg but now I’m a bit stuck. I just want to be healthy and happy, wish me luck guys ❤️
I just wanna go back here since the first time I saw your inspiring fitness journey. Before, I weighted above 90kg and now I made it to 72kg its been a long journey but finally I am able to comment it here since I was inspired by your story!
Wow this is amazing!!! What did you change to achieve it? You should be so proud of yourself 🙌🏻. Thanks for letting us know ❤️❤️❤️
Plz tell me of you have loose skin…Iam a 17 and iam 92Kgs(85 Now as iam losing weight)…Will I have loose skin?In an excess amount or is it possible that I might not have loose skin?Plx tell Iam so worried 😮💨My Target Weight is 55-60kgs.. Iam 5’3
Eat healthy
Drink plenty of water
Go for walk
Keep smiling
Never feel disappointed
Thanks
I need to smile more
@Pond3r Thiz yeah, I’d rather say don’t feel stressed
I’m a physio and instructor/trainer and a sports-nut at almost 52.
This video is so inspiring I immediately had to share it with a number of people I care about who struggle with weight, fitness and health issues.
Thank you!
I was at 117 kg
Now 90 kg
Goal 70 kg.
Keep going guys. It’s a marathon not a race. Keep your diet sustainable and your goals realistic.
May I ask how long it took you and how you lost that much
Can qi ask you, do you have loose skin??? I was 118kg i am 113 after 3 weeks. I am scared to lose too fast
@RI DORI eat healthy.. don’t restrict more..be in your calorie defecit..you can do this ❤️
Start: 127kg
Current: 97kg
1 year, 1 month journey.
Method: workout and good nutrition habits (nothing radical, just better choices) 💪😍
I used to be the biggest couch potato. I didn’t think I had the strength for this. But it turns out everyone has. It’s a mind thing.
*If You Have More Than 15 LBS To Lose Then You’ll Want To See How This Fat-Dissolving Outback Loophole Can Change Your Life: **https://youtu.be/ECWTqmnPoJc* 😃
I’m 89 kg and 170 cm my perfect weight should be around 70 to 72 kg, I’m on diet also intermittent fasting but my belly fat doesn’t go away, i do not workout because i have done that before and lost weight but my belly fat was still there , i was controlling my nutrition and i had free eating day also , my skin became loose and my face was so thin like i was sick. I lost hope
Walking 30-45 minutes every day or even twice a day will attack your belly fat. Stay hydrated and moisturize your skin well.
Spot on, have to be disciplined with your head. Thoughts and craving comes from my head 😢
I was 97 now 89.6 my goal is 60kg! Hope I’ll reach my goal😊
I was: 77kg
Now: 70kg
Edit now: 60kg
Goal: 55kg
Let’s do it!!
Fighting!!!✊
@N ahh I do exercises and eat healthy foods..it’s not that I didn’t had junk foods I did eat.. lol-…most important thing drink 2 glass of warm water before having ur meal…hope it works for you

@Tony Yeontana yup
@yumi_brk nice to meet you,, and congrats 🥳
In how much time??
I’ve been on a weight loss journey for most of my life. It’s not going anywhere. I’m truly motivated now.
Current : 104 kg
Goal: 64 kg
Wish me luck!
@FabienneDekker It’s going okay, I ended up having thyroid surgery a month after my comment. That unfortunately set me back for a while, we couldn’t get my thyroid numbers back to normal, and it’s impossible to lose weight that way. I did lose about 8 kg, which is a good starting point.
@Nayeli Cervantes Hope you are doing better. If you need help understanding weight loss, I recommend to watch Dr Ekberg videos. He does a great job explaining how the body works. There are always exceptions to the rule, but for most people, a good diet and exercise should lead to weight loss or at least lead to better health overall. Good luck.
*Dr. Eric Berg
@Ronnie King That’s a different Dr. Personally, I like Dr Ekberg better.
YOU CAN DO ITTTT ❤❤❤
Start: 104kg (april 2021)
Current: 77kg (december 2021)
