This needs to go viral – not just because of the motivation and story behind it, but the simplicity in the nutrition and training in which people can apply to their own lives do they can finally gain results themselves. 🙏

    Can’t wait for more content!

    • Sinead Mcmahon on December 30, 2019 at 8:52 am

@Pat unfortunately not for everyone. An example is I was barely able to walk due to a back problem and was in bed for 4 days, I ate twice and barely drank as it was excruciating to get up and try to walk to get to tge toilet. When I was able to get up I thought well the only good thing about this is I have lost weight, no I GAINED 3lbs. And no I didn’t eat ANYTHING other than a slice of toast and 1 small dinner. Unfortunately my body holds on to every last ounce and is unbelievably hard to move

    • Friederike on January 12, 2020 at 4:23 pm

@Sinead Mcmahon Sorry to hear that it’s not as easy for you. But your situation obviously isn’t the standard. When lying in bed all day you barely burn calories other from just being alive. I think in a normal health condition (being able to walk and move independently), it’s a bit easier to achieve the “calories in – calories out effect” since you move around everyday, even if it’s not a lot.
However, I still recommend moving more instead of restricting your diet exessively, since the weight you lose is more likely to be gained again after finishing the diet and eating normal again. Exercising a little is way more sustainable and doesn’t leave you as hungry or restricted in what you want to eat right now as maybe a strict diet like Keto would (as long as it’s normal portion sizes and less junk food than healthy options).
I hope you’re doing better now and best wishes to achieving your goals!

    • Sinead Mcmahon on January 12, 2020 at 5:48 pm

Friederike L thanks! my back problem is due to a car accident 18 years ago, i’m only 41 now and just don’t have a normal life. I can never say oh i’m going to go for a power walk or go do exercise as from hour to hour I don’t know how I’ll be unfortunately. but I have started doing a little, just have to be extremely careful but I’d just love to be able to do what lots of other can do 😯 but sure that’s it, it can’t be changed

    • Arlene G on June 27, 2020 at 7:39 am

@Sinead Mcmahon Find a Directed Pressure Point Technique practitioner. Or a Body Stress Release practitioner close to you. It can be changed. You just have to go consistently to get results that last!

Finally someone using kg instead of lbs for one of those videos! Thank you! 🙂 + Great video!

    • Edina Gaspar on September 24, 2021 at 8:05 pm

@Emma tell me, where was my attitude horrible? 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I stated the truth, that 98% of the countries actually use the metric system and that the imperial system is a non-sense, it does not have a logic. Why does it make YOU offended?

    • Banyana on October 11, 2021 at 8:55 am

@Edina Gaspar I agree. Let’s stick to kgs. I lived in the UK for 15 years, they use stones there. I never got used to it. Can’t stand lbs either.

    • Edina Gaspar on October 19, 2021 at 7:19 pm

@Lori yeah, learn to convert…can be advised for YT’ers then as well, no? I am still the ‘customer’ here…forvthem, how difficult is it to state, no X lbs, which is around Y kg…I know how to convert lbs to kg…but let’s face it: around 400 million (USA and UK population together) vs. 6.5 billion…just think 🤣🤣🤣

    • John Lozauskas on August 16, 2022 at 2:25 pm

It’s funny you say this, my dad and I were speaking about this the other day. The US of A is the ONLY country in the world who still uses the Imperial System. Jimmy Carter wanted to convert the Country to Metric in the 70’s but people would rather die than change…

    • Brooke Terry on September 29, 2022 at 3:29 pm

      Okay Karen “the customer”

I needed this ❤️ much love and respect for you and for everyone going through weight loss, I’ve always been chubby ( or as other would say, fat) but on June 1st I finally step on that balance, I weighted 93kg and I got so scared because it was so close to 100kg… I started eating less and moving more, today I’m 72 kg, my goal is 60kg but now I’m a bit stuck. I just want to be healthy and happy, wish me luck guys ❤️

Walking 30-45 minutes every day or even twice a day will attack your belly fat. Stay hydrated and moisturize your skin well.

    • Nayeli Cervantes on June 9, 2022 at 10:28 pm

@FabienneDekker It’s going okay, I ended up having thyroid surgery a month after my comment. That unfortunately set me back for a while, we couldn’t get my thyroid numbers back to normal, and it’s impossible to lose weight that way. I did lose about 8 kg, which is a good starting point.

    • Jack PRick on July 23, 2022 at 10:52 pm

@Nayeli Cervantes Hope you are doing better. If you need help understanding weight loss, I recommend to watch Dr Ekberg videos. He does a great job explaining how the body works. There are always exceptions to the rule, but for most people, a good diet and exercise should lead to weight loss or at least lead to better health overall. Good luck.
