I’m in bed with a severe kidney infection that sent me to the hospital for months until it almost became sepsis. The doctors dismissed me every time even though the infection was silent leading up. I took your vitamin D3 advice with K2, zinc, and magnesium and my tests are coming back in the normal range now. However they put me on Cipro antibiotics and I can’t wait for this to be over. I’ve been crying myself rugged.

DR Berg what can I take to repair my stomach lining? I have acid reflux I feel it way down in my stomach I had H Pylori a few years ago and I also had Acid reflux really bad. That made me have ulcers it felt like fire in my stomach. I saw your videos to take ACV and Betaine HCL I started to take it every day and it went away but I feel like it’s back what can I do to get rid of it forever. I have no gallbladder. Do I have to take Betaine HCL forever? I have no medical doctors. I don’t want any of them anymore. They are always misdiagnosingvme and don’t ever listen to what I am telling them my symptoms. Thankyou so much in advance!
So how much B1 and Magnesium I should take. I have the numbness in my toes. And lots of twitch in my whole body I don’t take calcium for many years. So what dose in mg and what type? There are so many different one in the vitamin stores .

Cipro is the worst of the worst. Try to have them change to another

    • @MiLadyShayttv on February 27, 2025 at 2:05 pm

@@karent9523I haven’t had any side effects yet from it but I’ll monitor my body carefully. I’m on day 3

    • @leondbleondb on February 27, 2025 at 2:06 pm

@@NansGlobalKitchen I would avoid Betaine HCL while fixing your stomach lining. L-Glutamate has been shown to help heal the stomach lining. Also check out Zinc Carnosine. Research those.

Few years back, Dr berg had a good video on skin signs of deficiencies. He said cracks in lips and canker sores could also be a need for b2. Which worked for me. I started taking extra b2 for light sensitivity and headaches 13 years ago and never had a canker sores since.

What about chronically chapped lips? Not just the corners, but my bottom lip has been dry, cracked, and peeling for 10 years now. I know i’m drinking enough water and no lip balms help. Could it be a food intolerance or fungal infection?

    Dr. Berg,
I’ve learned more from you in the past year about how to naturally address issues that I’ve learned from doctors in 30 years. Thank you. Keep up the great work and stay well

Just a question…isnt Benfotiamine a synthetic? Can that be good for us? Does the body metabolize it?

I just don’t know how everytime I have something and I can’t find what’s the reason Dr Berg releases a video that talks about the exact same thing. I get free nutritional advises. Thank you Doctor

How much iron should one take? What’s the limit?

  18. @db2020super on February 27, 2025 at 6:49 pm

Would you be so kind as to make a list with all of the proper forms of these vitamins and their recommended amounts to consume (normally, and if deficient/sufficient)? I have a list of the ones you mentioned here and have been using them for a long time, but there are some lesser known ones that it would be nice to know how much is optimal.
