Can you please show people how to get down onto the ground properly and how to get up properly without hurting your back? I have osteoporosis really bad and I’m watching everybody just get up and down like it’s nothing and maybe that’s true but there should be a proper way to get down from a standing position to get down onto the ground and then get back up without hurting your back. Thank you.
