    I know you lost weight without calorie counting but you have talked about it in the past. I really hate calorie counting but can’t seem to lose weight without doing it…any thoughts?

    You had me at chocolate! I often put cut up Granny Smith apples in the microwave for about 6 min and eat that with plain yoghurt but I’ll be adding cocoa powder and sweetener now! ♥️

    Have you found it to be just as beneficial to eat full fat yogurt as fat free? I’ve read research that people don’t lose weight by switching to low-fat or non fat dairy.

    I too am a coffee drinker. I even used to work at a tea shop and when people would ask my favorite tea, I would say “coffee.” But lately I have gotten really into herbal tea before bed, but like you I also find I have a hankering for a snack as well. I love this simple chocolate apple recipe since I find myself always wanting salty, sweet, and bitter (also a DARK chocolate fan) and hunting around for something to hit each note
