Cheese is actually super addicting for me. I have to disagree with that one but everything else you mentioned are great for reducing cravings!
Olives, pickles and cheese are my fav, probably not the healthiest but I crave salt.
Once I start snacking on raw nuts, I can’t stop, so for me, I don’t find that so and crave more. Lol
