Low-carb Pepperoni Pizza Omelet [Keto Breakfast Pizza]

Who says you can’t enjoy pizza on a keto diet? This delicious and satisfying pepperoni pizza omelet is worth gathering everyone around the dinner table for. This dish allows you to experience the joy of preparing and savoring a simple yet flavourful creation that adheres to your keto diet.

You’ll create a solid keto-friendly base instead of a traditional carb-heavy pizza base by combining cheese and eggs. Then bake the mixture until it hardens, giving you the perfect canvas for a pizza.

To make this mouthwatering pizza omelet, preheat your oven to 400° F (200° C). You can then make the crust mixture by combining the eggs and other ingredients in a bowl. Then pour the crumb mix into an oven-safe dish and bake until it’s golden brown.

Once the base is ready, the hard work is done. All you need to do now is cover it with tomato sauce, then add cheese and pepperoni. Finish the pizza in the oven before garnishing it with rosemary.

Now the fun part begins. Gather your friends and family and serve everybody a slice of this delicious treat. A fresh salad works great with this pizza if you want to add a side to your meal. If you’re looking for a new keto meal idea that is versatile and extremely tasty, give this pepperoni pizza omelet recipe a try. We’re sure you’ll love it.

What they dont tell you is that you have to scrape the egg off of the parchment paper. I hope my pizza doesnt fall apart

    • @RuledMe on November 18, 2023 at 8:26 pm

Parchment paper is non-stick. You shouldn’t need to scrape it off. You can see at 2:01 that is slides off easily.

    • @jellyrollsnail on November 18, 2023 at 9:06 pm

      @@RuledMethat’s exactly what I used

    • @RuledMe on November 18, 2023 at 9:12 pm

Not sure what to tell you. I’d switch brands to a different parchment. I use different brands in the video vs the website photos and no sticking happened. It’s the same as when you bake a frittata or low-carb dessert and line the pan with parchment – slides right out.@@jellyrollsnail
