It’s not even almond flour but ground almonds (the flour is de-oiled while ground almonds are not). As far as know, you can exchange them with ground hazelnuts or ground walnuts in a 1:1 ratio.

So what setting should the oven be put on?
It says at the beginning of the video – 425F
