    Soo I was right to add cinamon every day to my breakfast porrige and eat 4 apples a day plus eating more earier on in the day and lighter in the evening. Also going to the gym 2-3 times a week for 45 min or so and daily walks with 4k-7k steps:) My ideal weight has been stable no matter what I eat now

    Dr’s that are prescribing ozempic for weight loss should lose their license to practice medicine. I am definitely one of those people that hates to exercise but I do take my dogs for 30 min walks daily only because I love them more than I hate exercise 😂. Great video Doc thanks
