Keto Recipe – Steamed Pork Cabbage Rolls
Egg rolls have always been one of my favorite side dishes. I’ve been finding new ways to use cabbage lately and had the idea to make these steamed pork cabbage rolls. Instead of putting shredded cabbage inside, the cabbage makes a great roll filled with savory ingredients and a bit of spice from freshly grated ginger.

I added a touch of finely chopped cilantro, the tender leaves of the celery stalk and a bit of minced garlic. Have fun and make the recipe your own!

@RuledMe they were delicious! Had them for dinner lastnight and lunch today! I also experimented with deepfrying after being steamed, in shallow amount of coconut oil to make them crisper. Both ways turned out great.

Cool fact I read somewhere back then 🙂
Flour back then was really expensive and only royal family or rich family’s was able to get a hold of it to make steamed dumplings, commoners used cabbage as an alternative, not only was it much healthier but it was also delicious 😀 if you like drama cooking shows and stories like this, I recommend watching Dae Jang Geum 🙂
