Keto No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake [Easy Low-Carb Dessert Recipe]
Delightfully zesty and crunchy, yet with a silky-smooth topping, there’s nothing that engages the senses quite like lemon cheesecake. With just a few tweaks and modifications, the classic lemon cheesecake receives a keto twist—our easy keto no-bake lemon cheesecake is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
One of the best things about this cheesecake is that it’s no-bake. To save time, you can prepare this dessert ahead of time and pull it out at your next dinner party to impress your guests. Two distinct layers (the crust and filling) work in synchrony to add contrast in taste and texture, and the inclusion of allulose instead of sugar makes it a sweet treat you won’t feel guilty enjoying.
Because it’s not baked, the crust incorporates almond flour with butter instead of regular flour or biscuits, so those with gluten allergies can also enjoy it. Don’t forget the pinch of salt to bring out the natural nutty, and sweet notes of the almonds! Pressing it down firmly into a pan ensures it creates a stable base so you can easily pour on the filling.
Now, the filling. We’re not going to lie. The filling is decadent but well worth it. The combination of cream cheese and heavy cream provides the signature taste and mouthfeel of cheesecake filling, while lemon extract, juice, and zest cuts through the richness to impart a refreshing and slightly-sweet, slightly-tart aftertaste.

Thank you so much! I will make this today!
I’d love to know what you think!
I was excited, thinking the same thing. Then I remembered I’m out of lemons…😢
Absolutely delicious !!
Lemon cheesecake (no bake) has always been one of my favorite desserts, even back before keto. I go in cycles of making it a lot then taking a break. Looks like it’s time for a lemon cheesecake cycle! 😂
I can’t wait to try your recipe. I forgot to order lemons in my groceries Monday so I have to wait… Maybe I’ll order more cream cheese for stockpile, too! 💛
Mine, too! I love making lime versions, too, to switch it up. Or just blending the filling and making cheesecake cups for an even easier dessert 😅
I have been wanting an easy to make cheesecake and you delivered!! 🎉thank, thank, thank you!
How much protein powder do you recommend adding?
1-2 scoops. Any more and you will need to add liquid to even the texture out.
@@RuledMe Thank you!
I always put plastic wrap over the cheese cake, pat it down to make sure it makes contact with all the top surface and then leave it in the fridge over night. I like my cheese cake with a little more texture.
Very good pie indeed❣️ #Ruledme We🕺🏾💃🏾💙❤️❣️
There’s aKeto high fat Greek yogurt. I mix in the cream cheese, whipping cream, protein powder and cool whip. I use strawberry flavors. No crust.
Is there a list of ingredients? Thanks.
I always add it to the description, along with a link to the full written version on the website
Why don’t you just write it down yourself from the video?
Why waste time writing it down if you can just copy/paste the description or print from the website?@@chap5606
How long would it last in fridge? Its just me eating it, might take a week or more to get though it.
I’d say about a week, but after that it’s kind of pushing it. You can freeze cheesecake, so it may be worth freezing a few slices or half. If possible, I’d recommend either reducing the recipe by 25% and using a smaller pan. Or, if you just want a few servings worth, just making the filling by itself and make cheesecake cups.
So really it’s just pudding, not a real cheesecake. How misleading.
It says no bake…
Wow excellent !!!!
