Keto Chicken, Bacon & Ranch Foil Packets [Easy Cleanup Recipe]

This weeknight meal is a savory and satisfying dish that’s bursting with flavor and texture. Inspired by the classic combination of chicken, bacon, and ranch, these foil packets offer a convenient and delicious way to enjoy a low-carb meal without sacrificing taste. Packed with tender chicken, crispy bacon, hearty cauliflower, and creamy ranch dressing, these foil packets are a breeze to make and perfect for busy schedules when you want something hearty and comforting without spending hours in the kitchen.
These are equally great for a meal idea when keto camping too! You can prep the foil packets ahead of time and then cook over a campfire for 15-20 minutes. You can customize to fit your needs as well – swap out the cauliflower for broccoli, asparagus, or even rutabaga or daikon radish. While we are using higher protein chicken breast, you could sub out chicken thighs if you’re looking for a lower protein count. These are large meals, so they’re great for people who fast. But if you don’t do IF, you can always split this into 3 or 4 servings.

Keep in mind that only the shiny side of foil should touch food.
Happy to help! As far as the foil goes, it doesn’t make a difference. If you are using non-stick foil specifically, they usually recommend the dull side touches the food. But with regular aluminum foil, both sides are the same – just a finishing difference due to the manufacturing process.
