    Black coffee is supposed to help with fatty liver disease so it makes sense as having a fatty liver leads to insulin resistance and Type 2 diabetes if not reversed. I switched to black coffee only thing I add is my dose of d-ribose which is incremental, but helps with my fibro pain levels.

    “reduction in weight gain” meaning the nonsugary coffee drinkers gained less than people who drank the sugary ones.

    The nurses I know must all add sugar to their coffee because 90% of them are overweight ! As a group of people involved in healthcare now I know why !😂

    So true I put on weight over the weekend sitting around drinking Mocha’s 😂 but I fast all week to burn it off .
