    I’m a T2D (not insulin dependent) and sourdough doesn’t spike my blood sugar.

      Why would you be insulin dependent thats for type 1 diabetics?? It is criminal that medical professionals prescribe insulin for T2D. It makes them fatter and sicker, please don’t ever allow this to happen to you.

    Could you please address L-Cysteine in the bread making process. L-Cysteine can be derived from a variety of natural sources such as duck feathers and hog hair, one of the most common sources is human hair.

    Made my own… waited 20 days to get starter going… Now that’s what i do…withh all flours… More whole wheat… less white…store bought sourdough bread is not 💯…they use bread improvers. Happy i can bake 😊

    i go by the gut test… it goes down smooth for me, and i spread a paste ive nade out of avocado, greek yoghurt, chia seed, flaxseed & hemp seed on it… very tasty 😊
