Is Bone Broth Toxic? The Shocking Truth!

👉 MCT Powder:

Is Bone Broth Toxic? The Shocking Truth! is a great educational video that shows you my bone broth recipe which is a really tasty homemade bone broth.

Homemade bone broth is a really simple to make and very inexpensive. Bone broth has so many healing benefits and an important nutrient profile that is incredible when it comes to musculoskeletal and gut health.

This bone broth recipe can be made very easily in a short period of time. My wife and I like to make a big pot at the beginning of the week and have it available to drink daily. We typically will drink it in the morning on a fasted stomach.

If you ever wondered how to make bone broth for fasting, it is literally the same way you make it for any other purpose. You can take this broth and make chicken soup, beef stew and so make other incredible soups.

Bone broth fast benefits include supporting healthy skin, joints, muscles, bones, and body. The bone broth is loaded with glucosamine, amino acids, glycosaminoglycans, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, minerals and collagen.

I make my own Fish broth (as well). Not so often because it takes longer to collect the fish bones (keep them in the freezer until you have enough) than from chicken for instance. I basically make a fish soup, add the fish bones and the typical vegetables for broth in a pot with water. Add a tin or more (to taste) of tomato passata, I still aim for a thin soup. Add spices and salt to tase. Boil it for a few hours, it does not smell nearly as much as you would think (actually less than chicken broth). When finished, discard of the fish bones and the vegetables. Bring the broth back to the boil with herbs of your choice (you can prepare everything in advance and start at this point when it is time to serve). Once it is boiling, turn off the heat, let it get off the boil and add your favourite cubed pieces of fish. They will cook in the residual heat. Serve immediately. I would also prepare a small pasta type on the side, so people can add that (or not) to taste. This soup is hugely successful and I even get requests to make it from people who are not particularly fish lovers. It is not cheap though, specially when adding different types of fish, that I cut my self in cubes.

I make mine using chicken liver, so I guess not quite bone broth but nonetheless delicious and nutritious. I’ll often use it for making rice, soups, lentils etc rather than drinking straight, not conventional but works for me !

This really comes close to click bait. Of the first 6 of 9 minutes you were discussing
all the benefits of bone broth. Wasn’t until after 6 you talked about lead.
Shouldn’t Lead have come first since your heading leads in with Lead being toxic ?

Fish broth is very popular in France, Italy, Spain. Also fish broth is the base for other recipes, like paella or bouillabaise.

I put chicken in my crock pot with sauerkraut , cooking on high over night or longer. When I take some out the skin is missing, the bones are reduced in size and are weak, the longer it cooks the less bone is in it, the dish taste great.

I did this once with chicken bones after pressure cooking for nearly 3-hours I threw it all in a blender to crush all the bones. I put everything back into the my Instapot and continued pressure cooking for another 1.5-hrs. It tasted amazing. Better than anything you can buy in the store.

I also don’t think I’d be up t tje task of making fish bone broth, but I have almost become addicted to making chicken bone broth. I’m going to try making beef bond broth next week, when I have quality bones.
