what 😳🤯 wow Doc Sten Ekberg I’m speechless, your German is perfect, or is it new with the help of software – AI? Still really excellent! I’ve been following you and your channel for over 5 years and have learned so much that I learned myself by reading and learning, but through you and your explanations I always got the confirmation that I was learning correctly and informing myself, and ultimately implementing it! Greetings from 🇨🇭 Switzerland 😊🤘🏼
May I know why your all videos are auto-live translate to non-english ? I found other videos are not. But whenever I turn on your video, it is auto-translate to Korean, with korean woman or man’s voice. Why?
auto-live-translate is quite disturbing ! I stop watching your vid.
Mine doesn’t auto translate, check your settings.
This depends on your own phone settings @@_cooking2880
Thank you a lot. Respect!
Big regards from Belgrade Serbia🌞
Thanks for the video Dr. Ekberg. So good to know what can sabotage your efforts to do well with intermittent fasting. Hope you have a happy Friday!
So glad you mentioned exercise, it’s the missing item in many people’s health journey. Have a great weekend. 👍
I lost 55# no exercise lol
It’s all about correcting physiology— correcting hormones not CICO
Thank you @SpamMouse. Same to you.😄

Thanks for this info it’s very helpful.
I go every 3/6 months to the doctor for a full check-up
I eat 1 meal every 24 hours, I work as a cleaner and work broken shifts at different locations and always finish work at 6 pm so i used that to my advantage to keep fasting
My longest fast was 168 hours, the lowest my insulin had ever been 3.1, and the highest ketose was 6.1
My flaw I eat too much even if healthy so now decided to eat really small meals
I enjoy training in the morning on a fasted state
Anything is possible just have faith and be consistent
God Bless my brothers and sisters
Good job! Do you fast dry? What time do you have a meal?
6.1 is rly high ketones!! Be very careful, don’t get that high!
I have not been to the doctor in 20 years.
@@67N.K. I did dry fast few times, longest about 25 hours and I eat after 6 pm. Living on Holland time
Thank you so much for your videos. They literally changed my life. I was wondering what do you think is the best diet for a pregnant woman. Thanks.
Thank you for all good advice and information ❤❤❤❤❤
thank you doc, I’m grateful for what you do for us, what useful information you give us
Tried losing weight last year with exercise and intermittent fasting with not much success, after research, mostly your videos, this year same agenda but this time going keto, and having a lot of success. Leaner, more muscle and less weight. Thanks for your work.
This is a great video explaining what not to do that we may think we’re go to do. Thank you Doc!
Excellent video. I needed a refresher and a reset.
A lot of good information packed into a short video! Thanks.
Overeating and many of the other things mentioned are quite common for people new to fasting. If not worked through, sadly people get frustrated/tired/hungry and quit.
But the rewards once you are experienced are worth the initial struggle.
I just did my first 100 hour fast last week. I was amazed how much energy and clear headedness I experienced. Thank you Dr. Ekberg & everyone. You’re helping me with my journey.
very, very good! Excellent information! Thank you, Mr. Ekberg!
Finally someone explain to me very clear. Thank you.
The other day I had a craving for some sugar. I’ve been doing IF for 2.5 years. Pretty consistently OMAD, every now and then I do 2 meals /day and try to keep them within a 6 hour period. So regularly 18 hour IF. I also monitor my blood sugar, I am NOT diabetic or have any health issues at all at 71. So as usual I had not eaten anything and it was like 2 pm, that’s about the time I usually measure my blood sugar. Bought these delicious lemon flavored shortbread cookies and joined my son for coffee. My ( glucose) blood sugar is consistently about 83 mg/dl. Well after those cookies it went to 142 mg/dl. Yeah once in a blue moon something decadent is not going to harm you, but just imagine having that everyday. Dr. Ekberg, you keep me striving to get better every day. Thank You!!!
Ive made these mistakes. I weighed 243 now at 162 after years doing intermittent fasting and walking, push-ups and free weights. I feel too good to stop! Thanks for all the help along the way Dr.
Thanks Dr Sten ,I’ve learned a lot from you. God bless
