    I didn’t know a vegan cruise existed.

    • @SweetPotatoSoul on March 28, 2025 at 12:19 am

Right? It’s pretty awesome. Next year I will share more about the nutrition talks and interview the doctors on board.

    • @morphingfaces on March 28, 2025 at 6:19 am

@@jbzzey cruises are incredibly harmful to the ocean that’s probably what you are referring too it’s not vegan to unnecessarily contribute to the destruction of the ocean but I think this channel wasn’t aware of the detrimental effects of the cruise industry on ocean ecology

    • @morphingfaces on March 28, 2025 at 8:16 am

@@SweetPotatoSoullove this channel and your content but the cruise industry is really detrimental to ocean ecology !

    • @mayathemumbler on March 28, 2025 at 6:02 pm

@@morphingfaces I know being vegan doesn’t necessarily mean environmentally-friendly but yes, came here to say this. I heard about another fully vegan cruise that uses windsails to navigate and I thought this was the one she was on 💀

    • @morphingfaces on March 28, 2025 at 6:41 pm

@@mayathemumbler even with wind sails the amount of sewage that’s dumped and trash that makes it into the ocean contributes to dead zones

It’s nice to see all vegan food on a cruise, but as a Caribbean I couldn’t help to think “What in the colonialism is this?”, at the mention of a private Caribbean island. We struggle where you vacation. The steaIing,
gentrif!cation, and corruption imposed on us by foreigners greatly affects us. Women used to be able to walk around topless at the beach before US coIon!alism. Many of the islands want independence from their colon!al oppre$$ors. I’m saying this here because a lot of people around the world are unaware of these issues. For any tourists visiting the Caribbean, if you’re not on the beach; we don’t want to see your bootay hanging out or you shirtless in the other parts of the island such as shops, pharmacies or residential areas. You don’t do that where you live so don’t do it where we live. An island is not a gigantic beach.

    • @SweetPotatoSoul on March 28, 2025 at 12:53 pm

I hear you. By the way, I should have mentioned, this private island was not a natural island. It was previously an industrial site that was landfilled in. They purchased it, cleaned it up, restored it with native plants, and voila!

I’m a huge cruise person, that’s awesome! I hate having maybe 1 or 2 vegan options though, so I hope to be able to go sometime

    • @SweetPotatoSoul on March 28, 2025 at 12:50 pm

I hear you! This ship had all the vegan options!

I felt relaxed watching. Thanks for sharing. You look great 🎉

I have fallen off the vegan wagon, and watching your videos is helping me to hop back on. You make us realize it’s more than salads and tofu. There’s a world of delicious vegan food out there 😁

    • @SweetPotatoSoul on March 28, 2025 at 12:45 pm

So glad you’re inspired! It’s all about making it fun and delicious.

I love cruising, but the vegan options are not always so great 😞 I had no idea there were vegan cruises. The food on your cruise looked amazing. Thanks for taking us along. So nice your daughter and mom could join you!❤

See you next year, my first time hearing about Holistic Holiday at sea🤗

  18. @tinahansenxo on March 28, 2025 at 3:51 pm

How did I first hear about a vegan cruise now 😮 Amazon 🎉

  19. @rhubarb9304 on March 28, 2025 at 4:16 pm

Love this. I’d absolutely love to do a vegan cruise. I must be spoiled though because none of that food looked especially impressive. I’d think for a vegan cruise, the food would be more cutting edge and beautiful. Looked just like the second thought vegan plates you get it any restaurant. 🤷‍♀
