I Made a Big Mistake in my 30s (Don’t Make the Same Mistake)

People always ask what my weekly training looks like now that I’m 60, and how it’s changed over the years. The truth is, I made a big mistake between 30 and 40 by not exercising at all, then overcorrected with long cardio and gym routines.

Today, my body responds best to short, intense sessions, explosive movements, and real physical work — flipping tires, sled pushes, cutting trees, hauling hay, and rotating strength work with mobility and myofascial stretching.

I just love it I think it’s very funny when people say to someone, “well you’re 60 years old call I get some sort of recrimination time doesn’t exist, clocks exist life is a conditional thing not a question of how many times you go around the sun I find usually the people that say something about another person’s age are usually insecure about their own
