I eat 2 to 3 eggs and 1/2 Avacado every day with a kiwi and banana for breakfast. Lunch I have 1/2 avacado for with 100grams chicken. I have 2 slice seeded toast with grass fed butter and an apple. I have 100grams ground beef or chicken for dinner with 50grams rice with 100grams Passat with herbs and a little Greek yoghurt

Just replace the avocado with beef and you got something. Avocados are too high in oxylates. Feel better without those.

The problem with most doctors groups today is because most are owned by hospital or corporations and they require them to see so many patients each day that’s the main reason for them not spending more than 15 minutes with each patient.

    • @DoctorHealth8 on November 30, 2024 at 2:04 am

I totally get what you mean! Apples are full of natural sugars and fiber, which can give you a quick energy boost, but sometimes that can also lead to feeling hungry again soon after. On the other hand, avocados are packed with healthy fats, which help keep you feeling fuller for longer. It’s great to see how adding more nutrient-dense foods like avocado can make a difference in your hunger levels. Keep listening to your body—it knows best! 😊

The active compound is bathed in 350mg of Omega-3-6-9 that acts as a protective barrier + Vitamin E from Avocado and Sardines have ended my angina, I feel more energy and also have softer skin haha but the ones I really want to keep soft are the arteries.

      Great recommendation, thanx

  13. @tabularasa7775 on November 22, 2024 at 4:41 pm

I love avocado , the trick is selecting the correct one’s so that the skin just slips off with little work and the inside is still firm , bright dark green and this is when they taste the best too. You just want to press on 2 sides gently with your finger and your thumb , if it feels like it could indent with little pressure it’s perfect . Easy to indent it’s past it’s best . Rock hard can be ripened at home . Fast ripe room temp , slow ripe in the fridge

    • @Kathy-20J-73 on November 22, 2024 at 7:36 pm

Buy green and let ripen at home Once ripe refrigerate…. squeezing. It bruises the fruit
Not nice for the person who buys that squeezed one

    • @tabularasa7775 on November 22, 2024 at 7:44 pm

@Kathy-kr1sv  Ahh you see the fact you think i mean’t anything close to squeezing or damaging the avocado tells me you don’t understand or know how to select the perfect avocado. I’d be damaging my own avocado if that was the case . Most of the time i don’t wanna wait for an avocado to ripen , I want it now or later . Not that it matters but i’m a trained chef of 25 years so selecting the best produce is my bread and butter and the amount of times i’ve seen battered or squashed avocado on my plate whilst eating out is ridiculous . This is because they’ve had to force or peel the skin off and the flesh just isn’t optimal to eat in that case .

    • @jobrown8146 on November 22, 2024 at 8:23 pm

Here in Australia we are getting a lot of different avocados. Some have a very thick skin and it can be hard to tell if they are ripe. Some change colour when they ripen, others stay green. I try to buy unripe ones and ripen at home. To check them I press in the middle at the bottom, that way if it bruises I only have to cut out a very small amount.

  14. @torstendr4777 on November 22, 2024 at 7:04 pm

I live in the Caribbean and I have an Avocado tree in my garden. Every day I eat 3-4 big Avocados with chopped fresh ginger and turmeric root, vinegar, salt, fresh black pepper, 2 -3 pieces of garlic and 1-2 Cayenne pepper mixed as Guacamole. I canceled bread and all carbs 3 weeks ago. I eat this Avocado mix at 12 with 2 eggs, a good amount of fresh celery and a little bit of cheese melted over the eggs. It tastes very good. In the evening at 6 pm I eat the rest of my avocado mix with a bit of chicken or a small can of sardines in oil or some sausages. I changed all the sugar drinks for green tea with some cloves. I started exercises and I loose 1 pound per day with this lifestyle. I have not tested my blood but I am sure this will revert my insulin resistance.

Avocados are packed with healthy fats, fiber, and essential nutrients that can be really beneficial for managing blood sugar levels, especially for people with type 2 diabetes. Plus, they’re so versatile! It’s amazing that having an influx of them from your own tree can make such a positive difference. Keep up the great work, and thanks for sharing your experience—it’s always inspiring to hear about real-life success stories!

While avocados are a source of healthy fats, consuming too much can lead to excess calories, making weight loss more difficult. I recommend you seek medical advice.

    • @klobe9 on December 2, 2024 at 8:51 pm

@@SuperHealthyVN Are you seriously advocating that someone with type 2 diabetes may OVERCONSUME avocados? If this person switched to an avocado only diet, they would be unable to put on body fat because they couldn’t possibly consume enough avocados in a day and their “type 2” diabetes would self correct.

    • @thewarriorbunny on December 3, 2024 at 12:48 am

@SuperHealthyVN  Thank you. I have lost 25kg over the last 2yrs and I am under the care of an (endo) endocrinologist specialising in diabetes care. My blood work is checked every 6mo. I am in South Africa and our private medical specialists do take time and interest in their patients. Not only does he check thyroid and blood work, he also does annual scans and checks of my heart and artery health. I get print out and copies to compare. All tests results are also available on an app where we can compare our blood work over time.
