For some reason NAC gives me a headache. Even at low doses. Bummer.

    • @jesseessej on March 9, 2024 at 12:57 pm

It gave me a bad headache too when I took it without food. I’m not sure if that’s how you’re taking it, but try with food and see if that helps. It also could be because that it was causing my body to detox, which gave me a headache, but I don’t think that was it. In addition to headache, I also sweat profusely and feel flushing. This is at 600 mg, and I wouldn’t dare go higher. It also makes me urinate a lot, and makes me extremely hyper because I have way too much energy. All of this is blunted when I take with food, but still noticeable. If there is a 300 mg capsule, I think I’ll buy that and take that more routinely instead as an experiment. As it is with 600 mg, I usually take for 1-3 days, then need a break. I will add, now that I finished the video, that I have a very healthy lifestyle: I eat healthier than pretty much anyone I know, I exercise, I have lots more energy than most people and feel great. I have however had gut issues in the past. I’m not sure if it would be too simplistic to attribute my symptoms to detoxing too fast (am I filled with a lot of toxins?). My body always processes everything I take extremely quickly, so perhaps there’s something to that.

    • @KarinSatori on March 9, 2024 at 2:06 pm

Me too and I heard that this could be because of β€œdetoxing” and when I continued taking it, it went away
