      Back in the old days, they used to say that weight loss was about 50/50 diet and exercise. This has been shown to be wrong. Its actually closer to 90% diet. Exercise is great for things like hormone balancing, blood sugar control, lymphatic circulation, and joint health/mobility. Diet is key to everything.

      Roysan896 if you add in some apple cider vinegar it will greatly decrease fatty liver or any fat in your organs and reduce your weight
