Sure longer fasts are also great but for those of us that have very busy schedules doing a 4-10 day water fast just isn't reasonable. 3 Day water fasts benefits exceed those that you will receive from intermittent fasting or even OMAD. I prefer doing the 3 day water fast once every other month.

Can i do hit workout when fasting
Fasting is hard enough. Take it easy
You can if you can tolerate it well. For many people this will be a lot on the body.
I’ve done 86 hours dry fast and 5 days water fast . It’s all up to how you listen to your body.
How could we be using natural electrolytes? Mineral water, celtic sea salt, herbs…?
I’ve been doing 42 hr water fast every weekend for these past 3 weeks now . gonna do it again this sunday

I’m 41 hours into a 7 day fast, all I can say is fast prior leading up to the 7 day fast and prepare how you want to enter into the 7 day fast, gradually cutting down sugar intake consuming keto friendly foods and not reaching past (35g), taking electrolytes is key to burning fat.
