    I Was an Alcoholic for over 16 years. Heavy Drinking almost daily. I’ve been through the withdrawals, waking up feeling Ill every single day, Avoiding doing anything that required physical activity, Shrouded in a Blanket of Anxiety and panic. Heart palpitations (BPM over 150) plagued me every single day. I Gained 56 lbs of fat and haven’t been able to take it off from all of the Booze I was drinking. 2024 I finally made the big decision to Fight for my freedom and save myself from Destruction. I have began Carnivore, put down the alcohol and I’m ready to get my life back Today ! I’m only on Day 4 without alcohol, but I’m on day 6 of cutting carbs and sugar out of existence. Pray for me and help give me Motivation !

      Yes, whatever you do, don’t veer off the wide path of main channels for approved information they want you to stay on.Veering off will get you into trouble and you’ll hear scary things

      Unfortunately, the uniformed trying to find decent information on google, will have a very hard time. A person has to muddle through 10’s of pages to even get a hint at good health information. It’s sad… @@maddworld3317

      Very moving, very sobering, Dr Berg. Nothing like a little fear to motivate. It’s entirely possible to appreciate and devour wonderful information such as your amazing library of videos and shorts . . . but still not implement all we have learned.

    I love the humour in this video. The terrible dietary and lifestyle is so normalised. I’m so glad I’m getting educated by Dr. Berg. My kitchen is free of any sugary, refined carbs, ultra processed foods and snacks and carcinogenic oils

    Last year I went through some terrible gut issues ,Acidity,indigistion,constipation with horrible bouts of abdominal pain . I completely gave up on processed food and started with one meal a day of whole foods which really transformed my health within few months. Dr.Berg’s knowledge has been lotsa help in my wellness journey .thank you

    I’m down 70lbs, from 270 to low 200s via healthy kero w/intermittent fasting. I’m maintaining myself there and never felt better. I see tons of people doing what this video shows and it’s accurate AF.

    Love it ! And so true. We have been force fed this garbage and many have been sick and ultimately died applying this nonsense! Thank you Dr. Berg ! for rescuing us…I personally have made many of your recommended/science backed food changes (ongoing process) and lost 52lbs. 52 POUNDS by just CHANGING my foods and fasting ! I will never, EVER go back to the Lie ! Thanks again !

    I’m currently on day 6 of intermittent fasting 18 hours a day after watching your video a week ago. My next step is to figure out some healthy meals to have in that 6 hour eating window. My diet was a mess last year, despite being skinny, I didn’t feel good. I really want to try turn that round and feel healthy. Love your videos.

    Loved what you did here. Being facetious yet being direct. So scared for the future with big pharmacy and farms adding additional added hormones in food & indoctrinating people who may not afford or acknowledge these issues.

    Thank you Dr. Berg!Ever since hubby and I followed you,our health was transformed for the good. Friends have noticed how skinny I have become but I don’t mind cos I feel great! I have been doing IF since 2018, stopped during the pandemic, resumed in 2022 to this day.

    Just joking, intermittent fasting and watching Dr. Berg’s videos has helped me understand how to be healthy by eating clean food. I started my weight loss journey when I was told I was prediabetic back in August. Since then I have lost 59 lbs. I am 4′ 10″ was weighing 183 lbs. Now, I weigh 124 lbs. I thank Dr. Berg for sharing his knowledge and breaking down the information in all of his videos. He has educated me on how to read the ingredients and chart when buying food. Thank you so much Dr. Berg!!
