Let me explain….

Eating a healthy diet should be an enjoyable transition.

You may be addicted to sugar… big deal, most people are.

In order to go sugar-free start using sweeteners (taste sweet on the tongue but don’t raise blood sugar).

My favorite sweetener is ALLULOSE… but, you may like another one better. Here are your options:

Stevia
Monk Fruit
Allulose
Xylitol
Erythritol

Using one of these allows for a sweet treat that doesn’t negatively impact your metabolism. It really helps to take the edge off in the process of going sugar-free.

    I eat just meat eggs dairy and some fermented vegetables i haven’t had take away, junk food or alcohol in half a decade i eat the same food everyday and i enjoy my life because food is just my energy i find enjoyment from time with friends ans family no need for dopamine hits from processed food.
