I do it correctly without the rope but when I do it with the rope I just can’t do it
same-
Lmao
You’ve probably figured this out by now, but it may be the length of the rope you’re using. Too long or too short.
Same problem. Im like out of tune
Same here bro, my whole class is able to do it except me. So what’s the use of being the topper of the class?
Haven’t done it in so many years. I always wonder how I used to do it as a child
@im bored bruh
@Feralz I was saying that I used to know how to learn a bike, but then I forgot it in 3 years lol I mean yeah I’m forgotful but it’s not a bruh moment lol
@im bored bruh
@Feralz bruh
Exactly
Hello there! I’ve seen so many “how to’s” of jumproping and yours, by far was the easiest to understand. You made it so simple. Thank you!! I shared your video on my Facebook page. Hope you don’t mind. 🙂
I like how she describes everything so quickly – not so quickly that one can’t understand, but no dilly-dallying around! To the point! I’m going to try this…I used to love jump-rope but I know this is going to kill me at first! Inspiring video.
How did it go?
Ayo, we need an update!
Thanks for your video, we perform jump rope challenge in Helsinki, Finland. The idea is to jump rope any where any time in every city we live and travel to. Feel free to watch our videos here during Lux Helsinki 2022 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rO1PPssTwSs
Absolutely, I completely agree!
God bless, hoping y’all have a great rest and safe of your week
Thank you very much for the tips. I couldn’t even finish ten jump ropes at first but after trying out the tips which you’ve mentioned in this video, I could do better. And I wasn’t out of breath too.
I was doing it correctly, but after 3 days of jumping rope for 300-500 turns each day, my back thigh muscles cramped, and my right knee gave out. Now, I’m taking a break from jump rope. I shouldn’t have pushed myself hard considering I haven’t jumped rope in a long time, but I was so enjoying it so much more than running that it didn’t feel like I was pushing it. I guess my mind and body say different things. I am going to strengthen my knee and thighs so that I can go back to jumping again.
Started jumping rope after years and years just a couple of days ago, at first I couldn’t even do much but literally in 2 days I’ve gotten so much better, gotten faster than I ever was and I even got rid of my double jump
For a beginner like me this was beyond helpful! I was wasting so much energy thinking i burned more calories. 😅
OMG THANK YOU!!
I wasn’t able to even skip once properly but now that I’ve tried what you told me, I can do a continuous 6 skips and I’m a beginner.
Good video. Jumping rope came easy as a child but not so much as an adult. These tips are so helpful. Can’t wait to try💫
It actually literally improved my skipping skill. Way to go! Thanks to your videos
I was never athletic as a child and I’m learning this for the first time as a teen. I could not even do ten skips in a row but this video helped me a lot! Thank you very much!

This is my day 3 of jump roping, no wonder i got tired easily ( i couldn’t go pass 200 jumps 💀) and my calves hurt like hell. I’ve been doing it wrong 😟 thank you so muchh for this vid 💓 i should’ve googled everything first istg

Thank you so much for this tutorial! It’s my first day today doing this and at first I thought I could do it just by myself because back then when I was a kid, I was really good at this. I wasted an hour and felt so exhausted trying to figure how to do it properly. Then I searched for tutorials and applied what they taught but nothing worked out for me until I came across your video. I did exactly everything you said in the video and keep trying and finally I did it after a few minutes. I did 25 skips so far. Thank youuu!
thank you for the video. all the info one would need to practice proper form. i particularly was looking for how to keep the core engaged while jumping rope, and you had explained that phenomenally. thank you again, much appreciated – wishing you all the best Ms. Kloots
This is how a tutorial should be! Straightforward and awesome.
Thank you… I didn’t realize how uncoordinated I was until trying to jump rope after 20+ years
Omg I wasn’t doing more than 3. Half way in the video I can do it consistently now. Thanks!
Amazing! So glad it was helpful! ✨
Thank you sooooo much been trying for months and in one video went from 2 in a row to honestly 5 jumps in a row
I’ve done everything. I’ve watched over ten tutorials, but I just can’t do it. Wtf
