I use tea tree oil mostly , it keeps my skin nice n clear.

    • @KubaKQbz on December 17, 2024 at 5:53 pm

Acne is formed under the skin, you haven’t got acne simply because you are not prone to it, your tea tree oil cleanse definitely removes buildup but it does nothing in regards to acne 🙂

    • @emrehan2107 on December 17, 2024 at 7:39 pm

Do you apply it on the skin?

  6. @chefnic4763 on December 17, 2024 at 2:03 pm

Going gluten free helped my skin alot

    • @eva-fx7ug on December 17, 2024 at 2:36 pm

Me too! Every time I eat gluten I get acne

    • @chefnic4763 on December 17, 2024 at 2:41 pm

@eva-fx7ug  it causes inflammation in the body

  7. @noJobProgrammer on December 17, 2024 at 2:07 pm

    Zinc helps

    • @2LipLuv on December 17, 2024 at 3:57 pm

My dermatologist recommended that, 50mg 2x daily and L-Lysine, 1000mg 2x daily to reduce inflammation. Zinc is so hard to take for me, really upsets my stomach, but I take it at least once daily with my largest meal

I don’t know, I changed my diet, tried everything and my skin is still super oily and with pimples, I believe I can’t do much since it’s caused by genetics.

    • @shivanibabuta on December 17, 2024 at 6:57 pm

Same, accutane was the only thing that helped me

    • @zegion8203 on December 17, 2024 at 7:31 pm

probably the soap and the frequency of washing your face. you have to find the right and no fragrance face wash

When I was younger and had a lot of acne, I noticed that it got worse when eating dairy. I stopped all dairy intake as an experiment and it completely went away in a few weeks and only returned when I consumed dairy. I’m not sure if there’s a link or not, but that was my own experience and maybe worth a try for others.

Stress is also a big factor…my acne came from depression and anxiety…I became a Christian and all my troubles went away…since then my skin started to heal

  16. @satsumamoon on December 17, 2024 at 6:10 pm

Dr Berg, here is something interesting to ponder.
Im 59yr old male. I had type 2 diabetes and was 320lbs. I have been doing healthy keto and I.F. for at least 7 years. Im 185-190 lbs now for years. I do not take any medications. Most days, i do omad. 3 day fast once a month. I still get acne daily and severe dandruff in the winter. Im pretty sure i have watched every one of your videos at least twice or more, and i follow your advice very strictly. The most carbs and sugar i consume every day is less than 10 grams each. Usually 1/2 that daily. I eat organic grass fed protein, large organic salad, and organic vegetables only. Organic free range cage free eggs 4-5 days a week. Bulletproof coffee. Pecans, avacado, salmon, raw organic sauerkraut. I take many of your supplements. 10-30k of d3, magnesium glycinate, trace minerals, C, nutritional yeast, cod liver oil, digestive enzymes, greens super foods, electrolyte powder, and your multi vitamin. Also, berberine, benfotiamine, and alpha lipoic acid. Once i got below 235lbs, my type 2 seems to be fixed. Peripheral neuropathy is 90% better. Thank you! I know you dont claim this, but your shampoo and conditioner seemed to stop the dandruff all year except the winter months. Awesome products.
I dont understand why i still get pimples? It’s not severe acne, but i always seem to have a few on my face and body. I still get/have skin tags. No dark skin bands though. I was lactose intolerant, but i dont get any symptoms anymore because the only dairy i consume is an ounce or two of 2% lactaid milk in my bulletproof coffee. My health is 100% better, but i still get the pimples, skin tags, and severe dandruff.
    Any idea why??
Thanks for what you do. You saved my life and fixed every one of my 88 year old dads many health issues.

    • @zegion8203 on December 17, 2024 at 7:34 pm

Im not dr berg but i find myself getting pimples specially around my mouth when i eat something spicy or something with mint. Also affects when i use toothpaste with mint.

When you are young, you won’t get scars popping them IF you are clean & hygienic
