    I have to try the black eye pea salad, I have made the sweet potato black eye pea curry and it’s delish. I also made the chick pea and sweet potato burgers this week. Another one of my favorites. Love the recipes. Thanks for sharing and helping us to eat and stay healthy😊. Greatly appreciated.

    Protein is in most things, but this is a great video for people who think they would be lacking in protein. Many people need to be careful of protein overload which can do damage to the body.

    Also for the turmeric latte or beverage coconut milk is also a great alternative for the fats. The fats are good fats and can help with absorption of the turmeric along with the pepper.

    chickapea pasta, made from chickpeas, is 24 grams of protein A SERVING. i buy it at my costco . even 1/2 that serving is really filling .

    I’m glad to see you back on you tube and I hope your family is doing well. Re: Protein when a woman reaches menopause age she needs 1g of Protein per body weight, this will ensure that the lean muscle mass is maintained specifically if she strength trains. Just a tip for the average menopausal woman.
