My diet is whatever my parent’s cook for dinner✨

    • 0RAYE0 on November 13, 2022 at 8:35 pm

@J F I can cook but my family think that if a family is gonna eat together then they need to eat the same thing together. It’s annoying but at least the food they make isn’t entirely unhealthy.

@Dinah Yahuda Shalum 👋🏾 she says to eat those AFTER exercising since endomorphs are insulin resistant..I think this curbs the effect of the insulin spike

I’m an endo-meso. I love how my body builds muscle easily but man, if I slack, the weight and fat hits me like a train 😂 I just have to stay consistent 💪🏼💪🏼

I appreciate the clarity from your videos – it took me years to figure out the hard way what you easily described in a couple minutes! I tried following guidance from self proclaimed experts on womens hormonal issues and was doing keto at one point.. ending very badly for me. Can you do a video on eating and exercise targeting women with hormonal imbalances?

  6. Mariam Jimsheleishvili on March 6, 2022 at 8:22 am

This is the most informative video EVER! My whole life I’ve been ‘skinny’ but pretty strong but during covid i gained 10 kilos and was pretty confused, because no matter what i would eat before, it was impossible for me to gain weight. I will use this video as a guide

    • Carla Luna on March 15, 2022 at 4:04 pm

      Same here lol
Just it all happened when I moved from Mexico to India.
There I’d have the warrior life: go to work 8-9 hrs which included a lot of heavy lifting and buttloads of walking, and I used to eat like a pig, plus coming back from work and tackle the house work. Never did I gain weight, and if I did, one week later those 2kg that I gained over two months, were gone lol.
Here, when I got married, I fell into the Queen’s life: you have a maid for every chore at home, don’t have to do almost anything at all, in the second year I saw the scale go up 8kg. Then the pandemic hit, zero physical activity and I also learned how to bake. Wombo combo lol, got a pretty bulging tummy which I totally hatttteee.
However, under those 2cms of fat, lies a pretty hard rock set of abs, which I’m trying to bring to the surface. And this was a pretty good vid because I thought I’d just go for abs initially and then thighs and then arms. But it seems I should keep it balanced.

My best wishes in your come-back journey!

Same and also skinny shaming was part of why I gained weight Covid and skinny shaming is why I gained weight

Thank you for this video. You elaborately explain and I’m clearly understand it. Now I know what will be my goal as an ecto type.

  12. Filipa🐺🧿 on April 23, 2022 at 8:20 pm

This video was so informative and helpful I’m definitely a mesomorph/endo-meso category and this was very helpful especially cause I’m trying to be more consistent/discipline on creating a healthy balanced routine (working out, eating healthier kinda hard since I still leave with my parents, sleeping habits)

  13. Leslie Davidson on June 4, 2022 at 11:22 pm

This was soooo helpful! I am an Endomorph and although I don’t eat a lot of calories in the day, I don’t eat the right things within the right window. I’ve already implemented exercise and now I will try this. Thank you!

  14. Nikoru Sakura on June 13, 2022 at 4:10 pm

This is SO INFORMATIVE!! From watching this video alone I now understand that my body type is a mix of two types rather than one alone, and so is my husband. This is so cool.

  15. Vinee Ajmera on October 20, 2022 at 6:35 am

Endo meso… thanks so much for sharing with such clarity. Was super fit till a year ago but loaded on sugar and carbs and no exercise… I need to take some real measures to cut down. This video will definitely help! 😇

  16. Poppy Lee on November 27, 2022 at 5:49 pm

i’m an endomorph, i’ve struggled losing weight my whole life. I am going to use this information as motivation to not give up and keep trying and this time take my body type into account. the diet portion really put things into perspective and i love that!!

      Same

  17. Pinkie Pie on December 9, 2022 at 9:16 am

    Endo-Meso:

I used to be thin and lanky but in my early 20s I went on medication that slowed my metabolism and started eating unhealthily; I put on over 20kgs. I changed my diet several years later and lost over 10 kgs (starting weight was 50 – 55kgs, height just over 5’7″ so I was underweight on the BMI scale before gaining the weight). So I guess now I’m an endo-meso because im skinny fat… I’m thin but flabby with no tone or definition that I used to have. I’m going to start exercising (mix between pilates, resistance and light weights) to help build mobility and tone up.

  18. corgi outlet on December 10, 2022 at 3:39 pm

I just recently realized that I’m endo-meso because I’ve been gaining weight rapidly the past few months and no matter how frequent I exercise, I still can’t lose these fat and have my old healthy ideal weight back 🥲

  19. Swetha Chalagalla on December 11, 2022 at 4:36 am

Is F45 good for endomorphs?if so
Max how many sessions can I do per week?I have an elliptical at home,so is it good for an endomorph to do f45 sessions 6days a week or should I alternate elliptical and f45 in the entire week,i workout 6 days a week and can only do either elliptical or f45 once a day,and cant do both thecsame day,so plz…….suggest me based on this?

  20. China Devine Brown on December 11, 2022 at 10:52 pm
