Eu faço esse exercício,me dá muita dor nas pernas kkk
Great instructions
Thank you, I’m 50 pounds into loosing 75 and I wanted to add some new exercises to my routine and these are fun but wanted to make sure I was doing them correctly. #dontstopgetitgetit
Can you please comment your routine I want to start losing weight as well but I found so many exercises on the Internet I have no idea which are effective
@Anonymous weight is lost in the kitchen not the gym. Eat 1800 calories a day and exercise where u can and the weight will fly off. I have lost a third of my body weight in a year by these means.
@Anonymous for men or women? for men I suggest a push-up – plank – squat plus diet is the best routine for beginner, while for woman, the diet alone would be enough. Take only like 1500 calories per day and in 3 months, you’d lose at least 5 kg, speaking from experience. As for men, doing diet alone would make you too lean and still leaving some fat, thus I don’t really suggest it.
@Anonymous also if you need a good routine, no weight, no equipment that can be done at home with bodyweight i could help you out
I like this video and I agree with everything other than the arm movement part. There are certain squat jumps such as ones in certain plyometric routines that require you to put your hand being your head.
Thank you for helping us do it them the right way ive been doing them for a bit the wrong way and I dont seem to be able to jump higher but, now I am
Last wednesday I was doing this excercices but when I jump I felt my lower back detach from my pelvis and I was unable to remain standing for the first few minutes. Now I only feel tenderness in my buttocks and lower back, but the pain increases if I remain seated. What could have happened?
Dont know anything about you but you’re probably not ready for the exercise. If the appropriate muscles arent activitating or you are too weak then the force goes to the joints, tendons, and wrong muscles. Assuming you have no other relevant health issues, your glutes are probably inactive and so you strained yourself.
May you not be squeezing your abs while doing this exercise? The core is important to hold everything together so you should be activating your core. Your problem is probably a disc injury. I hope you get better, nothing sucks more when you want to workout but can’t because of your injuries 🙁 It affects daily life too, so, don’t ignore it and see a professional!
I laughed so hard outloud when I read the first part
How should my feet stand and where should my knees look?
I came for these two questions specifically and she only spoke about hand slicing the air and all that bull…
What’s the difference between starting with arms positioned the way you’ve shown and starting with the arms pointing straight behind the back?
I think correct arm movement adds to the momentum, if you’re doing the squat jumps forward, which is how I’ve been doing them. My legs get sore easily after a few of them but that’s because I’m an hour into the workout or I’m not doing them right at all idk
Don’t stiff when you drop
Don’t lean
slice the air wit yo hands when you jump
I was definitely leaning forward
Good to know
Love the video!! Short and to the point.
I fell like I’m jumping too high and applying too much energy. Is it right wya to do it or should I try to reduce my vertical?
Can you replace normal squats with these?
