YAY! Check us out every Wednesday morning 🙂
Awesome! I got my wife and 13 yo daughter to complete the 30 day push up challenge – now to get them to focus on proper form and daily attack! The article referencing your vid helps support my cause! BIG THANKS!
and did they lose weight? maybe i am gonna do it and i wanna see
@•Shådøw._.Aftøn• It should result in some burning of fat, but gaining and losing weight is most affected by eating habits.
Thanks, always wondered about the elbows! All the best!
Thank you so much!!! I’ve struggled with push ups literally my entire life.
So glad this helped!
This is very effective, but I wasn’t able to completely do it because my arms don’t have that much strength.
I used to not even be able to do it once properly, but after practicing every day for a week, I could do it 10 times in one go properly. Although I can’t do them anymore because I haven’t done it for months now.
@Emperor Same🤣
I can do about 15 but if you keep doing it then you can do it more
Same
@lily I can’t do it anymore. I didn’t keep up with it. So if you keep up with it, you will stay with it!
This helped me a lot! Thanks. By the way, is it normal that my wrist would hurt after executing several push ups?
Thank You very much. This helped a lot.
Whenever I try and do a push up it looks like I’m humping the floor 😂😂💀
BAHAHHAAHHAAH PLS
STOP SAME😭✋
LOL
sadly yes
YOH – SAME HAHAHHAHAHAHA
I hurt my back so much from doing a few I know what you are going to say “just make sure your back is straight” I know I use to be able to do 30 reps with no problem and could lift 20 pounds like it was 5 pounds, so I know my posture but, I’m afraid that my joints aren’t yet ready again to be doing it.
Stretch beforehand maybe…. For a couple of days
How can I go lower? Whenever I do a push-up, I only do it half-way :(( Should I lose weight to go lower or…? Thanks in advance! :))
It’s a matter of strength I think, although I think loosing weight is obviously going to help
litterally same. i feel like its muscle mass and gaining muscle because there are “fat” people who are seriously muscular and can do these things real easy. i think going lower is just practice and engaging other muscles other than arms.
Thanks for a great explanation about push ups💯👍
She made it look so easy but when I try it that’s when the reality hits
Lmao! Why is to so easy in the videos
LMAOO ME
Frrr
😂😂😂😂😂you made my day 😂😂😂
@brop Doesn’t weight lift make you shorter?
Always so nice to watch and learn from you!
It’s so hard for me but I’m trying!
From looking at many videos on youtube, everyone has their idea of what a “right way” is. Being in your twenties and only weighing 90 pounds makes it look easy. If you’re a bit older and have more weight on you it’s much tougher. I like the way she shows this excersise so I’ll stick with this channel and see how it goes. BTW, I’m a guy. 😁
If you can’t do a full form push up, start on the stairs for a week. After the stairs do them on your knees, after knees doing full form negatives, then you’ll be very well on your way to be able to do a good full set!
thank you so much !!! thats so clear and easily can understand
I’m working on my strength, going strong for almost 2 months now!
When I started I couldn’t do push ups without the support of my knees. Now I’m up to 8 full push ups without pause! This video helped me with form.
What kind of exercises did you do?
this is my assigned task for pe but I couldn’t ace the muscle down back and forth since it is really hard for women. lack of muscle strength:(( I hope the one who gives me a jackpot will be able to know how hard for the beginners to perform especially to the women.
About a month ago I watched this video Then I thought my Arm were weak because I couldn’t lift myself off the ground. Now I can do ten push-ups in a row, thank you.
AMAZING! So happy we could help 💪💥
