this is how my sergeant used to bully us but think again on what we gain, this is superb exercise and for our good body. Thanks sergeant!
My ROTC sergeant told us if we act up he’ll make us do burpees till he gets tired and he’ll sit and watch😂
do you an army from boleh land country?
@Mustaza Mohd hahahhahah boleh land
The way she jumps and goes to squat position, it seems she weighs just 25 pounds , I find burpees really harder than any other exercise I usually do , thanks mam 🙏
Yup it’s a combo of squat jumps and push up. Both tough for beginners.
its easy to do any exercise if you are skinny as a bone. but the benefit of being fat and doing that is a greater effect because you burn tons of calories moving around lots of bodyweight. so there is always a bright side in the shadows. 🙂
@Tool Time the first part of your comment just isn’t true.. coming from a skinny person. the woman in the video is a professional, that’s why it’s easy for her.
@Claudia Moore True, she’s not skinny—she’s all muscle.
Thanks, great! Want to do it right if going to be doing a lot of these! Breathing right definitely helps. All the best,
Amazing direction content and instruction. Clear and precise. Well done
Good job communicating the 4 different exercises that make up a burpee .
As well as the proper form of each exercise in the burpee
Nice and thorough video.

This was soooooo helpful! Thank you!
Thank you for the walk through and modifications! I’m still young but have bad knees and I want to do burpees so bad but my knees can’t handle them. Hopefully these modifications can take my progress to the next level!
The fact when she said she was overacting the burpee, and then I realized that I was doing exactly that 🤧😂
🤣
Yup… that’s exactly how I do it, no exaggeration at all.
LOL !!
🤣🤣🤣🤣
yeah the way you look i already assumed it.
actually it’s 5 exercises: jump, squat, plank, push-up and crunch – you need to drag your legs forward from the push-up position using your abs. Otherwise you will compensate with hip flexors and get them tight. Also before you do the next rep, right after standing up, take one extra breath to exhale CO2 buildup. Only this increased my in a row burpees count by 10.
Is there a video that exams what you are telling. I am unable to understand/imagine fully. Thank you..
Great job! Thank you. I had no idea what I was doing when I had to do a burpee in our fitness class.
Thank you
Finally someone who shows it the right way step by step and with options 👏 🙌
And BREATHING!! 😎🌈
Thank you for clarifying some great bodyweight exercises. I’ve needed a workout refresh after moving to traveling full-time in an RV and not having consistent access to a gym!

Thank you I just started doing these and I love them. This video really showed me the right way.
Actually my new favorite exercise! Burpees are way easier for me now, because I’ve been doing them the wrong way this whole time, without the squat. 😂
Without the squat, it’s just a burp…lol
Instead of just jumping then going down when I jumped Do a jumping jack then go back down to a push up it really helps

You can progress from the least difficult to the most difficult as you get in better shape.
Thank you for sharing! I always get mixed up in the steps, and the breathing tips is a LIFESAVER.
Thanks, great demonstration! Hooray, i am still able to do burpees! It’s amazing how much progress can be made when you, you know, do a thing! Subscribed!!!
I’m a overweight teen and I’m trying really hard to do more exercises like this, and this is the best tutorial I’ve found. Thank you!!
You’re doing amazing! Keep it up 🌟
I’m proud of you for trying to improve your health! It’s so important, and you will be so much better off for starting when you’re still young.
It’s been almost 3 years since I done the burpee because of stroke, now my doctor recommend me to do more cardio, I’m just trying to remember how to do it. Thanks for this video. 👍😁
Best of luck! You got this 💪
