Your head is heavier than you think! For every inch your head slouches forward, ten pounds of pressure is applied to your upper back! Massages and adjustments do not fix the underlying cause of this issue.
Bad posture is really an issue with your fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds the entire body, and adapts to whatever position you’re in most of the time.
Try this easy home workout to fix bad posture fast! The first exercise can be done with a band, broomstick, or pole. This exercise opens the ribs and the fascia on the front part of the chest, which helps create more space and relieve tension in the fascia.
After incorporating this easy posture workout into your routine each night, you should notice improvements quickly.

Since switching to a keto diet, I’ve reversed my diabetes, pinched nerve in my shoulder, and gout pain, among other issues. Interestingly, some of my doctors and physical therapists have gotten upset with me over the years, to the point where they’ve told me not to come back. One doctor even claimed his X-rays showed I couldn’t be pain-free. Regardless, being free from pain and medical bills is a huge blessing. 💯 🔥 ✌ ❤

In my elementary school, my teacher would use a broom to do a whole hrcof exercises we did all kinds of bending, xtreching, squads , and for support for leg kicks

In Thailand we saw a group of old women doing this, they used 1.5 metres of 30mm plastic plumbing tube with end caps on. We bought a 3m length and made two of these.

I reversed my type 2 and got my A1C to 5.4 watching Dr Berg. Who knew we’d get a PT class too. Love it. Now if the good doc could teach me how to have his perfect head of hair. 😁
Floor sleeping (on a yoga mat or foam pads) without a pillow on your back is also excellent for spine and neck alignment.
