Replace high fructose with natural sugar. Reduce the amount of sugar in products. Something I’d like RFK to achieve

    • @jna9888 on January 2, 2025 at 3:34 pm

Replace sugar, but not with sugar alcohols or other artificial ‘sweeteners’ like maltodextrin, which is worse than ‘natural’ sugar. Forget fruits; fructose. Forget starch… Carnivore is the answer.

Sometimes I can remove sugar from my diet easily but unfortunately on some occasion it’s impossible for me. That’s why I always watch your great videos to remind myself of the importance of diet. Sugar is the source of so many problems in many people. Thank you, Dear Dr. Berg.

There is no “flu season” , its an extra sugar season, starting with Halloween & ending with Easter. Flu is aviary (it should be worse in summer, but it’s not) . Flu grows in your stomach when white sugar kills off your immune system. I haven’t had a stomach flu since i was 20 , and raised my kid “flu free” even when 50% of the highschool was out sick . Just don’t have it in the house

    • @marysh3840 on January 2, 2025 at 3:45 pm

@guysumpthin2974  that’s awesome, I don’t consume sugar daily. Only on some occasions I had sweets. Once, I removed sugar for almost a year, and that was a wonderful experience.

I stopped eating white refined sugars 15 yrs ago., replaced with black strap molasses, raw honey, pure maple syrup. (I make dark chocolate, and peanut butter fudge with raw honey, no white sugar, when I have a sweet tooth). I eat carbs once a week, I’m 62 (I have never taken pharm drugs, (exception antibiotics 3-4xs in my life time) so far I’m perfectly healthy (knock on wood)❤. Thanks Dr. Berg, you share so much knowledge. You choose to save lives, vs making money off our sicknesses. Men and women like yourself, are the real heroes.
