Improved Health is really good! I love it!
I actually love the fitness coaching in addition to the workouts. I started real menopause 3 years ago, at,age 57. Pahla’s 5-0 method is spot on for me. The mindset information is very current and for me it’s encouragement which helps me work with myself–feels like less of a struggle.
Why not just unsubscribe without making a negative comment first?
