    The key is low dose. When I was taking 1800mg a day I lost all joy in life. I have nonalcoholic fatty liver, and I was trying to reverse it too quickly. After watching your video, I’m probably going to try to take a low-dose and keep it up and see how it goes.

      1800mg daily is a high dose. I use 600mg daily. Which is one capsule of the NAC I shared a link to in the description.

      I take 1g at least 2x day without any sideeffects..its i.portant to take it together with Vit C…

      I thinks it’s recommended to take in the morning or midday 30-min before a meal or shortly after.

    What about milk thistle and burdock root for protecting and healing the liver?

    Started NAC a long time ago when i quit smoking. It helped my lungs,so much so that now there is no evidence in my lung capacity that i ever smoked. The last few years, ive heard of all the other great benefits. Never got jabbed dyring covid, but took 800mgs a day of NAC, with D3/K2, and liposomal Vitamin C and never got sick at all and still dont
